Hello you! Well, after several misfires and an entire recording we decided to bin, we finally got around to recording an episode. It's been a week. Far too long but, as you'll hear, we haven't been in a great frame of mind. And, as it World Mental Health Day, we thought it appropriate and important to put this out.

• Back on to depression, men's mental health and what Simon calls "Working Class Depression".
Sorry if this one is too much of a downer. We're not in a great place at the moment. Again, World Mental Health Day seems the right time to talk about it. We'll try to be in a better place for the next one. We hope you're doing okay.
