I love your channel. I wonder if anyone else repeats Erin's opening...the "Hey, it's Erin!" It is my absolute favorite part. Just so chill and laid back, especially considering the world class exercise and training advice you always deliver. I admire you and you are one of my favorite trainers on UA-cam.

Hi Erin, I just discovered you two days ago, and I have learned so much from you! You inspire me to train hard, even though I would not be interested in competing I sure would like to train like I am competing. I have equipment but not a gym and I have some questions about that after looking on your website for training videos, but don’t see any way to get those questions answered. Would like to know who I can ask but just wanted to say a word that your information is very clear and understandable and I think you’re awesome.❤️

Thanks for this! Great info! I’m following your at home 90 day workout and love it. Actually see changes! Wondering about #2. K so no toning lol. I’m a curvy girl-have always been hour glass-small waist but big thighs, hips, butt. Should I be lifting heavy to gain muscle or high reps? Just afraid of getting bigger legs. So would love a video for curvy girls. I can’t find anything on UA-cam specifically for us.

What’s your opinion on fasted vs fed weight training? I was doing fasted training for years, but when I switched over to fed training, I started seeing better results. Also, I feel like I have more energy going into the gym after a light meal.

I never train without eating & I have results that I cannot imagine I’d have if fasted. I can’t do hungry. I can’t train without fuel. I think food is good for results 😊

Mike Mentzer’s attitude towards the anabolic window was that it could last up to 72 hours when doing HIT, high intensity training. Granted he was training at Olympia level volumes , he had people spotting him , and he was under a cocktail of substances. I used to train six days a week , push/pull/legs split for years. I started leaving a day or two in between and made noticeable gains in about six months. There’s folk that do full body just twice a week. Muscle needs rest to recover. Find your groove

Yes, it's part of the game. The second day after training is the worst. And when you get a little older and lucky you can still feel it on the third day 🥴😁🤷🏻
Welcome back to the gym ❣️🤗

fitness myth... so I hear from different EAA products that not all the protein in meat or chicken gets used and the rest is turned to sugar. I find that hard to believe but products like Perfect Amino, OH!mino, are touting that their "special blend of essential amino acids are metabolized 99% by the body for protein synthesis. (note) the 5 youtube channels I watch are not sponsored by these products and I can TRUST what you have to say). is there any truth to this? are these product superior to eggs? to meat?? to chicken? to whey powder?
