@@HandiworksbyClyne I don't have any skirt pattern in adult size. I've never done one.
You can try to make your own. Measure the widest part, probably it would be hips, then multiple that number by 4 or 5, that would be the width of the skirt. Find out the gauge, calculate caston number of sts. Make sure that it is divided by 11 (sorry I forget the pattern and not sure about the exact pattern repeated part). Knit lace, knit st st, and before the end start decreasing by working k2tog to the end. Probably you'll need more then one decrease row. And at the end follow my instructions on how to finish the folded belt.
