Great video Anthony. Is particularly relevant in my current role as I have just started leading a new team with a number of cultural challenges, several of which clearly stem from poor communication habits. In particular, as the team mostly works remotely, an aversion to showing their faces on video calls is something I'm trying to address. Your video adds credibility to my messaging so far, serendipitous to have come across it at this time. Keep bringing this great material please 🙂.
Hey Matt, glad the timing of this video worked for you (done on purpose obviously 😁) and it helped you clarify your current messaging. And the material will keep coming.
Mark Bowden has a great book on business communication called 'Winning Body Language' another book I think is very valuable to read is 'The ONE Thing by Gary W. Keller and Jay Papasan'
That was a super useful video but I have a problem with listening itself, I don't really understand what the other person sometimes saying, I usually ask them to repeat the but even then I still dont get what they're saying 😭 I need some guidance pls
Just gained a new subscriber 😁
Thank you, great to have you here 😁

Is it lack of understanding due to language barriers or because someone is making the information complicated?
