Yes!🙌🏻🙌🏻 we are all different and need different amounts of food💚 It’s recommended to eat between 0.8 - 2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight, depending how active your lifestyle is☺️ I’m currently trying to build muscle, so aiming for 80-100g of protein💪🏻
Women are under eating protein. You need 1 gram of protein per ideal body weight. I am 130lbs. My protein intake is 125 grams per day. I’m very lean and healthy.

Ladies and gents, you dont have to eat 100g of protein per day, but instead enjoy these lovely healthy recipes and interlace with your personal other choices. This week or today make the eggs, a couple days later do the boulonais. Pick and choose some or all. Great recipes i will be starting very soon....

These meals taste pretty much the same after three days🤩 I prefer adding fresh veggies just before serving because otherwise they would get soggy. It also has a huge effect how you reheat the food!

Guys, FYI: unless you are VERY VERY active, you don’t need 100g of protein. You only need 0.8-1g protein per kilogram 👍 Thanks for the recipes
How much per lbs?
@@cristinaturcin divide your weight in pounds by 2.2 to get weight in kilograms. Then multiply that weight by 0.8-1g
