      Yessss, I know!! Unfortunately I had a problem with my microphone while recording the video. I hope you'll be able to follow her even without explanations 😉

    This is a tutorial, not a workout moving that slow. Nothing crazy at all. As a tutorial, it's nice but if you're expecting a workout, you'll have to up the pace a ton.
