There are many different positions or postures you need to use while on your sewing machine. Please look it up on google. Also, make an exercise routine for your beautiful self for each time you get of the sewing machine so you body can adjust and not hurt anyone. I wish you the very best💯👍

I love fashion and i did it in an institute but learnt a little am starting afresh now but my big issue is i get neck pains how can i fight this
