I went to see the shop a couple of weeks ago, and though you weren't there, the people working the counter were super awesome and super nice when I told them I'd been watching your channel for a long time! The cupcakes tasted just as amazing as they always look online! (I bought six for me and my friends, and we each had one there and then shared the last two at home!) The cappuccino was really good, too! :)

I visit your shop last week and taste, together with my boyfriend, for of the small cupcakes. It was a big surprise, when I saw you serving us the delicious cupcakes and coffee. I really wish there was something similar in Germany. You create a very nice and cosy shop.
We have a small amount of waste every day and as we never sell day old cupcakes, staff usually take them or if there’s more than usual we generally give leftovers to our friends and neighbours in the restaurants and bars around the shop to share with their staff! They love it obviously!

Cupcake Jemma, you were there but working hard going back and forth out of the shop so I didn't want to bother you, I did however speak to Dane, who I also spoke to about his awesome Macarons and the video he did with you! He was so lovely and I also follow him on Instagram. I got lots of your cupcakes that I shared with my partner and I also got an brilliant Cupcake Jemma apron. I love every single one of your videos and all of your pages etc too, love making them and would love to properly meet you, I am very jealous of Hannah here!!!
When I went to crumbs and doilies, I was too nervous to ask if you were there but your lovely shop assistants gave me some cupcake Jemma badges! My mum says I can get a c&d cake for my bday! Yaaaaaaay!

What do you do with leftover cupcakes or oldish cupcakes? I’m guessing the staff would only want to take so much home. Or do you donate some things?
