Jogged my memories, I forgot DX has the training stage and the missions seems slightly different. 4.2% Secrets Found? What are these secrets anyway? More hidden blue mascots? And where are the fairies?
Secrets are normally the radars that can be found on specific places and on areas with a dotted yellow patch on it, you'll have to hover in an exact place in which if you found it and destroy it, you get high amounts of points. However certain radars won't give the best points if other secret radars aren't found or destroyed in a unique way. Miclus are rare items in which doesn't count to medals, so they aren't a part of a secret. And lastly, since the first part of the game played is the Training mission, there are no fairies there. They are only found on levels 1 and 4 of the normal and expert missions.
Is this a speed up version? the best shooter by far. I played them all. Salamander, Armalyte, Wizball, Gradius, Katakis, Raiden, Xenon II... but is the best.
Not sticking to the same colour weapon and homing missile or "straight" missiles would be a dismissal from the arcade 😀 wasting power ups! A tip for high score chasers, the medals get less bright and aren't worth as much but after they go grey they flash back to gold for a split second, if you pick them up at that point they're worth more.
Are you playing the Japanese version? Japanese version requires NoMiss NoBomb Stages 1-8 before you can play Secret Hideout. Non-Japanese Stage 9 is mandatory.
@@Blueflag04 The PS1 is based on Japanese, but if you play Normal 1-Loop End, yoi get to see Stage 9 (Secret Hideout). Arcade difficulties require the above conditions.
Raiden 1, 2, DX, 3, 4, 5, Raiden Fighters 1, Raiden Fighters 2, Raiden Fighters Jet. And there's a spinoff of the Raiden series called Viper Phase 1. I consider Raiden 2 and DX to be the pinnacle of the entire series. Raiden's 3, 4, 5 were nowhere in the same league as the other Raiden games. 5 was the best among 3, 4, and 5. The Raiden Fighter Jet series is an interesting one, as I consider those to be very technical shooters in scoring and are also some of the best shoot 'em ups ever made.

Excellent playthrough, I didn't think beating a Raiden game was possible without dying but u proved me wrong.
