Excellent presentation. Dr. Hamblin - many are using photobiomodulation to activate exosomes and stem cell in vitro before injection, Though there is not much agreement on wave length, irradiance or pulse. Ive read where some doctors are applying green light to exosomes to improve efficacy once injected. Are there ay research studies on these topics ?

Dear Dr. Hamblin, thank you for your presentation. Could you somehow translate this "therapy" into a sunlight dose recommendation? How much sunlight do you need everyday for improved/optimum health? Or is it important that you exclude other frequencies? Considering that our body has evolved under the sun? I can immagine that this depends on skin type, location, season and time of day, but is there some way to explain what is a healthy daily dose?
