- He besties! I'm challenging myself to the 75 Hard Challenge! Today's workouts were: Barry's Bootcamp and lifting at Golds Gym! I worked out for 2 hours and 9 minutes and burned 958 active calories. My YT subscriber count as of posting this is 25,293. My starting weight is 166.0 lbs.

Also for the days you're feeling tired and worn out, look into active recovery exercises. Yoga is a great one for that. A class that focuses more on the stretching and holding the poses vs vinyasa where you're really actively moving through constantly. However the Yogi's will be able to advise you the best of course!
Also Pinterest is a great resource for recipes so you're not bored with your breakfasts or lunches. ❤❤❤❤ Sooo looking forward to your posts.

When I was losing the baby weight the major modifier I adapted was to not eat after 7pm. That made a huge difference.
A pound of fat is 3,500 calories. You would have had to eat in total uncomfortable excess to get that increase over the weekend. I would bet you retained a lot of water from the sodium. Cheesecake factory is such a yummy trap. My girls discovered putting frozen kale in their smoothies and they can't taste it with the berries.

When I did 75 hard I really enjoyed it but noticed some ppl in the community can be kind of jerks. Be prepared for people to come here and tell you you're not actually doing 75 hard blah blah because you changed things. I'm sure you can handle it though
