    I put lowering springs in my ZC32 and it completely fucked the ride. Ran them for 6 months before putting the stock stuff back in, so much better.

      Which springs did you put on and how low were they? Mine still seems okay

      Nice one lad, I've said it to everyone who's thinking of getting one that's commented on here, I cannot recommend swift sports enough. You'll have a blast doing it mate

    Great vid! I just ordered lower springs from Monster sport for my ZC32S. They said MSE lower springs were designed for the stock absorbers. Really excited to put them on

      Thank you, Those Monster Sport springs will feel awesome! And it will probably be a nice ride quality too :)

      Hi mate. Have you installed your monster sport springs on your car? How do you like them? So they are designed to work with the factory shock absorber? How is the ride quality?
      I’m interested in them because they’re significantly cheaper than Coilovers, but I’m worried it will ruin the ride because generally that’s how it is with lowering springs on stock shock absorbers.

    For the rearend, you only need a jack and spring clamps. nothing else, did it 2 months ago :P just for the next time ;)

    Still got the knocking? The front lower arms tend to knock on these. Easy to replace

      Ahhh I didn’t know that. It’s still doing it but less now, it’ll do it every now and again. I’ll have to check on them cheers for mentioning it. It just confuses me that it started as soon as I installed them

    Hello, I have inserted new shock absorbers and eibach sport springs my lowering 30mm to 20mm.
    Someone thinks it takes around three weeks to settle down. Could someone please let me know?

    • @wallsworkshop
      @wallsworkshop  5 місяців тому

      Hi, I really doubt that it's going to take 3 weeks to settle in, should have settled in within a day or two I'd say.

    How does the lowering springs feels with the stock absorbers? Some told me they bottom out quite easily. Personally I wetn though some Taiwanese coilovers which were rather harsh and bumpy. Currently running on bilstein b14..done about 500km and those were awesome

    • @wallsworkshop
      @wallsworkshop  2 роки тому

      So far it feels good, not had any issues with bottoming out. I can imagine springs like that felt harsh. I do plan on upgrading my shock absorbers in the future. I’ll do some research on those bilstein b14s

    I got a Swift 32 and interested in getting vmaxx lowering springs. Did you use your stock shocks in this video and did you have to adjust your camber afterwards. I spoke to a mate about lowering and he said to bare these in mind but since you done it already I wanted to know what you did and how they are with uk roads ahaha

    • @wallsworkshop
      @wallsworkshop  Рік тому +1

      Stock Shockers and No Further Adjustment needed. It's been a year since this video and all I can say is DON'T DO IT lol it ruins the cars ride, gets worse over time. I've had enough of them and I'm putting the standard springs back on!

      @@lassydogpie5390 haha if you don’t like it too loud all the time I’d just go for a smaller box. The delete makes it loud on motorways, doesn’t bother me personally but most people don’t like it too loud from what I’ve seen

    • @wallsworkshop
      @wallsworkshop  2 роки тому

      From my experience I’d say you’ll be fine, I can l easily still cope with dailying mine and some days I’d cover up to 100 miles and it was okay, bumps/potholes are obviously more harsh but that’s just the standard feel of lowering springs

    Why is this not your daily anymore?? Fuel???

    • @wallsworkshop
      @wallsworkshop  2 роки тому

      No for many reasons. Some being commuting to work and using it for work, it’ll get ruined. Too many miles being put on the car I want to keep it as fresh as I can. Fuel is more expensive in this than my daily but it’s not really an issue. The miles and general wear and tear are my main reasons
