Hey Liah! In one of your previous videos on acne scarring and hyperpigmentation, you really praised and recommended Tamanu oil. Since I have recently got some, I wasn't too sure how to use it? (I know its personal, so don't feel the pressure to answer) Like, do you take birth control? And if so, do you have any methods to help out during the crazy acne that can come along with these things?
