On older Toyota pickups you have to do the same thing and cut the leaf spring bolt because it's right by the fuel tank as well I felt your pain Vinny 😂
It’s really easy to drop the tank in a Toyota tho. The skid plate is kind of a pain. I got a curved scar on my hand from taking it off and another one with the opposite curve in the same place from when I was putting it on. My favorite scar and a reminder of all times I’ve dropped the tank to weld the frame or flip it on its side and fill the frame with cement. Gotta love Toyota’s.
Light the area you're working on. Hard to see when the only visible things in the shot are the reflection off the wrenches and utter blackness. Otherwise? Pretty damn cool. Thats a hell of a rig!
Vin have you done the frame rail reinforcement plates yet? I don't want to see you with a bent Raptor frame now that you've done all those upgrades. Seems like cheap insurance.

Alignments on a truck are a bitch. Now that Vin added the new upper arms that helps people like myself that do alignments. The adjustable upper he put on will actually help to keep the tires in the right position so when Vin's on the highway the tires will wear the right way.
Pro Tip: Save yourself time and money next time you need to cut a bolt by stopping at the Home Depot and buying a Diablo blade. I hack off sway bar end links and ball joints in seconds with those suckers. Makes exhaust tube like warm butter. Effortless. Stop struggling and get the right tools for the job man!!!

I was just admiring those ecoboost projector headlights a few days ago. Those lights sure do update the front of the truck well. It looks like a much newer truck now. Sick rig Vin!
Where did you wire the headlight ground wires to? if you didn't use the stock ground points behind the radiator support I guarantee that you will have issues. I've done two headlight installs on raptors and it will cause issues if not properly grounded.
The whole gas tank bolt thing is exactly my problem with Fords they're not bad trucks but if/when they break they are a pain in the ass to work on sometimes.
That cover is cool as hell even without the rooftop tent - much more manageable than the normal style with gas struts, don't have to take it off to put tall or long things in the back, really well thought out product.
The leaf springs are going to be softer for travel so when you go to tow it's going to bottom out definitely recommend airbags for Towing so your leaf springs don't start to sag later Bump stops are for bottoming out Offroad definitely get the gusset for your frame for the rear bump stops

Nice! Just bought a 2014 Raptor with 60k miles and the stock shocks haven't been rebuilt, and I'm considering upgrading them all together instead of just rebuilding. Is this the suspension kit you used? 10-14 FORD RAPTOR STAGE 4 SUSPENSION SYSTEM SKU :K93054 Price :$13469.85 Almost half the price I paid for the truck lol, but may be necessary as I plan to either tow a trailer or mount a roof top tent. Have you made any upgrades to the steering? My turning circle is awful in 4x2 and pump feels overloaded in 4x4. I'm going to upgrade the pump as recommended for Gen 1s, but not sure if anything can be done to improve the actual turning circle.
If you threw an LED bulb in your stock housing it would be double the output of those projector beams which are pointless unless you have HIDs or LEDs but if Ken could get me free headlights i would take em too lol
