      hey Jason that was a great tip. If possible i would like some more detailed information on how i can start it off? Do i go to a car dealership of different brands and talk to the owner of the company or manager or the detailers of the comapany? Im a mobile detailer so do i do it at their location or do i choose a place? Please help me make the right steps to do this.
      Also ive heard of a tip that you can go to business owners of any kind and offer them a free wash and maybe have them tell their employees about me/you and get more customers that way. i might try that too.

    • @grand04gt
      @grand04gt 2 роки тому

      Thats such an AMAZING tip not only to bring in potential customers but also if you can impress the picky people and get their business their friends and family will for sure follow! Joshua if you get out there and get word of mouth you will be amazed how fast things can progress. One thing that may also help is to give small discount for referrals but once people see the before and after people will looking for you

    I like CARDO the best because you can tell he is an educator and organized step by step and takes pride in his brand.
    Also, he had some of the best audio and honestly the ones with hard to listen to audio I skipped even though I can tell they cared about what they were trying to say, and that's something I appreciate about Pan is that he takes care of small details like that as well.

  • @oddball1959
    @oddball1959 2 роки тому +6

    I have a tip... its a simple hack and very old school, when I was a Marine Engineer (35 years) we worked with many chemicals, testing fuels, lube oils, waters, carbons etc.. even gases. Every ship I've been on 6000 tons to 56000 tons has had a lab and often chemicals were would settle out according to viscosity. (Thickness). Sooo We all have chemicals we use and these chemicals are often left standing and they can "settle" out into layers according to their viscosity (Thickness) which is why as you often point out Pan "Shake the bottle vigorously".
    But some (Many) think a couple of shakes upside down will cut it. It won't, the scientists have made these products to be easy to use but must be mixed to the correct composition, this can make the difference between a hybrid ceramic or graphene etc.. working for two months or six! So I was taught many years ago to drop a couple of 10mm or 11mm stainless steel nuts or bolts into the bottle and then shake vigorously. The nuts or bolts help greatly agitate the product, often the stainless steel can't be heard moving inside the container, because it is initially trapped in the heavier (Higher viscosity) chemical component.
    I know you always advocate shaking vigorously, but this simple hack really helps mix the product well. I have heard many times of people failing to achieve longevity from, especially sealants, hybrids, ceramics or graphene, and this simple helping hand can make the difference between a coating lasting two months or six! I've often seen UA-cam detailers flip a bottle up and down a couple of times, this is bad advice. A good rule of thumb is to listen and if you begin to clearly hear the nut or bolt moving, rattling, then you are near a good mix.
    I hope this old school trick will help someone. Thanks for your great show Pan. I know you are a qualified chemist so I'm not trying to teach a chicken to suck eggs, just hopefully help someone not waste money on a product they fail to prepare properly. All the best from the (wet and Rainey) UK. Phil. P.S. Thank you for all the help you have given me and many others. Stay safe.

      @@kevinhorner4904 Thanks mate, not sure how to make videos for upload, but it speaks for itself really. Yes the rattle can is an example of this. Although paints are typically less viscous.

You opening the doors for others to give them a shot on improving their business, start a career, or just grow their audience is something that only ones self can appreciate. There arent many people like yourself willing to open their platform for others so from the bottom of my heart, thank you Pan for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself to your audience! Glad that this community is becoming more diverse with new ideas, methods, tools, philosophy, and you guessed it, more detail spray. xD I also wish you success on your channel and hopefully these videos will give you a new perspective on detailing and new individuals to check out! Thanks and wishing best of fortune from sunny California! ;) Stay safe and stay F R E S H!

    What a great idea for your channel, Pan ! Three of the detailer videos stood out to me. Craig of Staffordshire Car Care, UK covered a car detail issue seldom emphasized - the cleaning and protection of "door shuts" (inner door hinge areas). That is a super-fine detail of a detailed car ! Ricardo of Cardo's Auto Detailing had the best organized video hands down. He introduced himself and let us know the zipcode of the area he serves. He thanked the host (Pan). He clearly explained his most interesting tip of an APC sno-foam pre-rinse on a dry vehicle along with its advantages. Then, he demonstrated how well the APC sno-foam pre-rinse works. Jim of WhiteDetails gave his "toothpickery" tip (my very favorite tip of all) of using a wooden skewer covered with a microfiber cloth to remove polish residue in vehicle crevices. Thank you for this video, Pan. I enjoyed it.

I waxed the paint off of my '57 Chevy, right through to the primer, but it's always nice to hear different 'tricks'. I would have never, for 1 second even, thought about using APC directly on paint. That would fall into my mind the same as using dish washing liquid.

    Once again Pan you are giving back to the detail community which is why you are so followed and appreciated. So many great detailing hacks. Gotta give Tim the 1st place vote with LVR403 on oxidized mirrors. I come up against that on so many details and never knew I favorite product of mine could be used this way! 2nd place goes to Jim from White Details. When a concept you develop adds next level results AND a new word in the detailers dictionary "toothpickery" it definitely deserves recognition. Several hacks could fall into my 3rd place category but I have to go with ONR dilution in the steamer. I have not tried it yet but will certainly give it a go on my next interior detail. Thanks again Pan and many blessings to you from USA. GGG

    What a fantastic (Pantastic) idea and series. Every one of these hacks was helpful and useful. I truly can’t choose a top hack but loved the hacks using products for other than intended such as the Rain-X and Xtreme solutions. I also enjoyed the physics lesson from Lithium regarding heating some products, dry/wet shampooing, toothpickery and using APC as a pre-wash…all of them have merit and I’ll be rewatching this video multiple times. Simply genius sharing these hacks and giving visibility to these pros! I sure hope there are many more to come! Thanks Pan!

    Wish I thought of the APC foam wash on a car I did recently. It makes perfect sense, and would've saved me hours cleaning a very dirty car. Great video Pan, I look forward to seeing more of these!

      @@PanTheOrganizer That's a tough one to answer Pan. This hacks video is great, but I also like back to back product comparisons, the relaxing full detail vids, those are probably my fave, and of course the product awards every year. Keep doing what you do Pan, you're killin it!

    #1 goes to Craig from Staffordshire car care had the best real-world door jam detailing tip that I encounter week. I believe all of us amateur detailing enthusiasts avoid door jams detailing as we believe it's not really visible to the real world. However, detailing enthusiasts like me can be somewhat OCD when it comes to cleaning our beloved vehicles. Plus, he is using Gyeon products which I have a great deal of respect for. And congrats to all the other detailers for providing excellent hacks that I have written down for future use. You guys are all awesome!
