Exactly why I fell ATS is getting quite boring now. I’m happy with the progression of SCS but me personally I think the game has pretty much been the same since it came out.
The grind begins! Once you start you cant stop :p From loading pallets with a forklift, loading buckets of boulders into a dump truck, to driving cars and skid steers onto transport trailers. We tried to add as much variety as we can! A quick thing if you continue to play the game on your controller, your game displays keyboard keybinds, that can be changed in the settings under the vehicle steering method dropdown. Once you set it to Left Stick, the game will switch all control icons to be controllers. Also those small roundabout will be going under construction soon! We heard loud and clear from our community they are small. We hope you might give multiplayer a spin, the team would love to help escort you on your journey! Once again thanks again for playing our game! See you on the road, Michael | Community Manager @ SimulaGames
@3:22 Honestly kinda brought me back too. Outside of the left to right and tilt movement of the forks. I worked in a warehouse for 5 years paying my way through college. @4:24 "Have a lot of fun while doing it..." You mean like skating around the warehouse on a pallet jack like it was scooter...? Neither confirming nor denying pallet jack races at the Holiday Party.... 😂
Oh boy. I totally used the Pallet Jack like a scooter. I mean, with the warehouse I worked at, it was very big, and so it made it a breeze to get around if they needed me to move a single pallet around or something. Regarding fork movement, dunno if you could've had one or not, but one of the forklifts at where I worked had no side to side movement. If you wanted to adjust the position of the forks, you had to do it manually by physically moving the forks yourself.
It would be really neat if they displayed the weight differences of what you're loading onto trailers. It matters irl to have the weight distributed correctly along the axles.
I am a planner now so spend all my time behind a screen and not at the WH level. I loved slinging pallets! From unloading and staging, put away, picking and staging, and loading I loved it all. As both inbound and outbound WH coordinator, I love talking and working with the drivers that would come in. Missed that time for sure, but it has helped me with planning out loads that are WH friendly for picking and staging.
Since you brought up a bit of "safety" with forklifts it reminded me of when I had to go through my training. They made a big deal about not operating machines you aren't trained for then showed us a video of someone that wasn't forklift trained at that facility. He hoped on a forklift to move it out of his way and drove it right off a old loading zone. Wasn't strapped in, fell out and the forklift crushed him. He didn't make it.
It’s always cool to see you playing these simulator games and showing off certain vehicles that you have or can unlock. Thank you for the video Jeff, I hope you’re doing well. Have a great night and take care!
Cool, we could use a “loading trucks” sim, like out of DC or something. They could have it so it charges the trucker a lumper fee, and in some scenarios, requires you to take multiple breaks so it takes 8 hours to load/unload the trailer, just like real life!!! haha. thanks for the video Jeff, safe travels. Those vehicle physics are awesome! Cool to see the AI detect the truck to give it room, that’s cool
This definitely reminds me of my days working at a 3rd-party warehouse. Would be cool if they expanded it more so you could have your own warehouse to store pallets for customers, and also own your own forklifts too at that warehouse. Even get other forklifts to use like the single-double forklifts.
Excited to see more of this. Would love to see the ability to walk around and to back to a dock like you stated in the video would also be cool to see you have to manually engage the ramp
You can tell someone’s got forklift experience when they back out of the skid halfway, raise it slightly and push it forward Vs risking forks being stuck out on other side and stabbing whatever’s in front of you! Lmao
Who knew Jeff is a trooper, Officer, deputy, trucker, forklift driver, bus driver, tram driver, and civilian… so many roles for one person. Great work though Jeff!
Imagine a MSFS mod where you can load the trucks, drive the trucks to the plane, load the plane, and fly the plane to the destination. With a career mode... MMMM, simulator perfection.
I love the graphics of this game. This is how SCS should look and feel in the virtual world both at day time and at night time. SCS really needs to consider changing their graphics engine, seriously. This is a game you could also see yourself playing a lot for long hours of enjoyment.
Driving onto trailers is always fun. Co worker of mine drove a forklift onto a trailer and it collapsed a good couple of inches under the dock plate and when she moved more into the trailer, it started moving away from the door. Fun times
This game is just wonderful, especially if you're on console like I am because we didn't have a proper truck sim.. even the multiplayer is genuinely nice, I urgue even Jeff to try it out.. players usually flash lights saying hello, if you're in the depot with another player and one starts a mission, the convoy option becomes available and it working in any vehicle.
I'm extremely impressed with this game! The stuff you were talking about liking this game because it's like playing matchbox made me realize - I like GTA RP because it reminds me of playing with Lego police cars!
If this scenery represents germany, then you are not allowed to drive faster than 80km/h with a trailer. It doesnt matter if you are in a truck or in a car. This rule is also valid on the highway (Autobahn), even with 130 sign. 130 signs are not everywhere. Most of the Autobahn routes dont have speed limits. So you could drive with a car 350 or more, if the situation allows it. But even with no speed limit you must not exceed 80 with a trailer. At least the license plate format indicates that it might be germany. The letters SI stand for the city of "Siegen", which is a city round about 130 km north of Frankfurt. Engine brakes (jet brakes) are not availible in germany. Some have retarder.
Jeff, I’ve been LOVING the past few games you’ve played, they look really fun! Hard to find entertaining creators that play games like these, thanks :D
Definitely a lorry still. As a lorry on its own in the uk it would require a lower class of hgv licence but with the trailer we call them wag n drags (wagon and drag) and would require the same licence as a full articulated
I used to be a forklift operator as well. Never got licensed. They literally told me jump on and figure it out. That shows you how easy it is. But I can see where it can be hard for some
Cool looking game. What's funny is, you have this enormous dock and they bunch all the pallets up near the truck and you have such small room to maneuver . Make use of the roomy dock and spread the pallets out. Like Jeff said, the inside of the trailers need some color or texture.
I actually purchased this game yesterday after your video. I had it on my whisinglist and you sold to me with your video yesterday. It's a real awesome game and it's very relaxing. The funny part off this all in real life i'm a truckdriver 😂😂😂😂😂
“ I haven’t found a way to honk the horn. Oh maybe it’s H. *hits h* of course it is” One thing about games when in doubt it’s probably H for the horn 😂
20 years ago I worked nightshift in a supermarket and my boss would keep a box of new Hotwheels that had came in that week aside and one of his mates would come in and they would sit on the floor of the toy aisle like a couple of kids and discuss the build quality of the cars and what they liked about them. He was about 45 with two kids at that time and his mate looked mid 50's. 😂
Never knew you were forklift certified. The more I learn about you, the more impressed I am man. You’ll definitely be that old man with a thousand of unbelievable stories to tell. Sure grandpa, you used to operate a forklift and fly while being a content creator, whatever you say. 😂
after doing my 35+ years long haul in the big truck, these truck sims don't keep me interested. I like watching streams though! Loading your truck was the cool part of the work for sure Jeff.
Im glad they are still working to make this game better, i hipe they keep the positive updates coming. I love this game, especially using a steering wheel and shifter. THRUSTMASTER BABY.👏👍🤙🎮🕹
I've been playing this on Xbox I've played the other truck games on Xbox this one is by far the best one the driving is well done even with controller it has potential
I used to be forklift certified and the truck driver not Chalk in the tires right is extremely nerve-wracking and aggravating but I did love driving forklifts sucks when the propane runs out all the way from the tanks
Thanks for another great vid Jeff. Looking forward to the live stream vids on this. On the road is still in a horrible state. That's why this game isn't as big as it should be. The publisher that made on the road published this also. They burned the console trucking community pretty bad. Which sucks because this is actually a really good game and it's made by different Dev's. They seem to really be passionate about it. Also there's 23 player multiplayer in this game. It really makes the city feel lived in seeing other players out on the road doing their deliveries.
Ive operated a forklift for the company i work for, but i do construction so we use it for materials and lifting high places to reach, ide love to be able to opperate one full time or a skidsteer
There's a game called "truck driver: the American dream." I haven't tried it yet, and it seems to need some major updates. It's for consoles. Another youtuber was playing and the truck audio sounded off
Do they have pup trailers with centered axles like that? I’ve only seen the dolly kind. Maybe it’s a euro thing. I briefly was at a place that coated 55 gal drums, and you’d have to load them one at a time with a claw grabber. What a pain. There was always a pile of rubber where you went forward reverse. 😊
I love driving a lift I find it repetitive but sometimes it's a challenges i had a cocky guy who backed off the dock with a pallet of pop went flying after I told him watch your ass end I was trained by a older guy he been driving lifts trucks for 25 years
This is honestly what we all dreamed of having in American truck sim and Euro Truck sim
Exactly why I fell ATS is getting quite boring now. I’m happy with the progression of SCS but me personally I think the game has pretty much been the same since it came out.
@@cmpondeck33yup, it’s just a next gen version of 18 Wheels of Steel Across America.
Porters exist, when I was OTR I never once touched cargo so ATS and ETS makes perfect sense

That forklift safety clip 😂
The way that propane tank blew up 😂😂😂
love the simulation games, nothing beats putting on an audio book and relaxing while trucking or cutting grass
Who else loves Jeff Favignano?
I do I've been following him since the beginning of DOJRP days
His missus presumably.
Aye! Great Creator with a huge heart!
Please make a series of this game.
This game has a lot of potential to be great if they keep developing it. I enjoyed it yet again thanks Jeff !
i love driving a forklift to load or unload a truck. it fun. wish we could do something like that in american truck sim. that would be amazing
I am a planner now so spend all my time behind a screen and not at the WH level. I loved slinging pallets! From unloading and staging, put away, picking and staging, and loading I loved it all. oh man. u r bringing back memories. a Jake brake would be so great. i was an over the road driver for 30 plus years. great job
Always loved the classic didn’t lower the forks enough/stabbed through pallets too 😂
3:57 the stability triangle comes in handy😄

Mouse trap
This is one of the only trucking sim style games on console which is pretty cool I just with the devs would update it

That forklift is missing the orange light on the top 😭 🚨

We need more swap meet videos I tried watching other people play it but I couldn’t get into it…. It’s not the same 😂Jeff you are hilarious
Being able to load your own vehicle was my favorite part about this game. I desperately wish ATS had it.
Imagine a MSFS mod where you can load the trucks, drive the trucks to the plane, load the plane, and fly the plane to the destination. With a career mode... MMMM, simulator perfection.

For me this game looks like an android phone game. Imo ets looks better
@@MarinGabriel In some ways SCS looks and works better and in other ways this logistics sim game has its own good too.
Most truckers hate having to load their own trailers and you love it. Thats great lol
Driving onto trailers is always fun. Co worker of mine drove a forklift onto a trailer and it collapsed a good couple of inches under the dock plate and when she moved more into the trailer, it started moving away from the door. Fun times

Its almost as if ATS and Snowrunner had a baby
I just finished my shift and I'm watching Jeff play what I did IRL 1 hour ago😁👍👍👍

Layback trucking game, pretty chill Jeff!
YES!!!!!! Number 2 already!! ❤ You really make life easier to push forward with all these GREAT f@#$ing vids!! 😂❤
Wilmer would be proud you didn’t destroy the pallets
It's cool that this game has a god mode without needing to use a cheat.
Loading and unloading trucks at the warehouse is what I do everyday so this is sick not gonna lie lol.
As a forklift/ scissor lift technician I enjoy the forklift portion (wouldn't mind that just as a game)
The operation manual behind the seat too damn
"Warehouse Simulator". Good name for that kind of game.
Cool looking game. What's funny is, you have this enormous dock and they bunch all the pallets up near the truck and you have such small room to maneuver . Make use of the roomy dock and spread the pallets out. Like Jeff said, the inside of the trailers need some color or texture.
I drive forklift for a living, This game looks awesome

At my work we ware out the horn even make horn songs per season. Usually the 20th century melody. 😂
Love your videos Jeff

You're glazing over the forklift Jeff 😂 my god
I do this on snowrunner all da time wit one of the doc forklifts and one of the modded ones, oddly satisfying😂💯
This is what I'm going to do when I got my truck licenses and my forklift license
Nice update video again Jeff!
Jeff, do you think they'll keep updating this game?
yes

Would be nice to have to balance the load. I used to load trucks for the Miller Brewing Company and that was a ton of fun.
I used to be forklift certified and the truck driver not Chalk in the tires right is extremely nerve-wracking and aggravating but I did love driving forklifts sucks when the propane runs out all the way from the tanks
I added this game to my wishlist on my PS5 looks fun so I’m going to get this
yes. inside trailer needs some rub marks and a little fork nick every so often. i have loaded trailers in my day
Love the video Jeff 😊
in europe the speed limit for trucks is 55mph aka 90kmh! you did way over there in the video..
You the best bro
Hey Jeff I just wanted to let you know that if your using an xbox one controller if you hold down Rb an the right trigger you have cruise control
Love this one! Been watching since 2016, still look forward to every video!
jeff you have way too much free time on your hands 🤣
And nice air brake sound just need the Jake sound but as usual love the content
Loving the game...Jeff have u ever considered that car salesman game again I really liked it
Waiting for the truckers to comment and say we don't load or unload them, thats what businesses have there own employees for 😂
teamsters union vs stevedores union
I love myself some good frisics these days hehe!
it's everything that's missing from Euro Truck sim
So if I make a forklift simulator you would play it?? Got my $100 idea
They already have a forklift simulator I believe
And he’s played it on this channel.
This game reminds me farm sim

G 440 V8? The V8 version of the R series have 520, 580, and 730! The G 440 has an inline 6 Dc13 engine!
Brand new driver and you already have an accident on your record? We're gonna route you back to dispatch for a training seminar.
Awesome!!
Could you make a video with a Berkeley County Sheriff's unit? 😅
When you want to be forklift certified watch this video..😅
Hey Jeff what do you think of the 2024 Volvo freight lines and will we see them in the games soon
Yessir jeff
There's a game called "truck driver: the American dream." I haven't tried it yet, and it seems to need some major updates. It's for consoles. Another youtuber was playing and the truck audio sounded off
You can do the same thing in farming simulator, its just missing the driving experience and optimization.
Do they have pup trailers with centered axles like that? I’ve only seen the dolly kind. Maybe it’s a euro thing. Have you tried Drug dealer Simulator 2 demo on steam? its fun, i hope they release the full game soon
What I miss when you get this truck?????
I love driving a lift I find it repetitive but sometimes it's a challenges i had a cocky guy who backed off the dock with a pallet of pop went flying after I told him watch your ass end I was trained by a older guy he been driving lifts trucks for 25 years
Hey Jeff, do you have a personal truck for American truck simulator?
