It isn't an exact copy. The hair has been made blurry and diffuse to add to the effect of the wind, and the play of light and shadow on her face has been exaggerated to really bring out the luminosity of the scene. Her expression has been somewhat softened, so she looks less miffed about the wind, etc. The photo was used as a guide, but the artist has made numerous choices to deviate from the photo in ways that improve the image. In general, we should hope that drawings are better than photos, because otherwise what would be the point? If there is a machine that can do an objectively better job in a split second, then there is no reason to spend hours drawing. The above is not the case though, because a camera can only replicate physical reality, and does not have access to the poetic essence of a scene the way a human artist does. This is the reason we still draw, even if cameras are available.

Also the teeths aren't alligned to the part between nostrils like in the picture, she looks deformed when I pass my time to the details but the reproduction is nearly semblable.
compare to the photo, eyes nose and mouth are a bit big. you can see the bottom line of the nose is tilted. The jaw is too skinny and the head is a bit longer than the original one.
the pic on the left shows a girl full of youth while your depiction shows an older version of her in despair and the life is about to be sucked out of her. Look at the eyes....
I dont usually try to lecture an excellent artist but there are several things ..her eyes are not that of the asian lady ..as well as the lower jaw portion is not as the girls picture reflects ..the nose came out a bit larger no ...but he cached the wind situation very well ... yep nice to watch though
subjectively talking, i care more about capturing the essense of the object that you are drawing, in this pic innocence and obviouslay the win is two of the biggest. he has captured most of the spirit
