Those are healer mana bars, below my own mana bar. I main healer, but it's still nice to keep tracking when playing shadow. The frames are Shadowed Unit Frames with the texture "Flat". SharedMedia should allow you to pick that.
You realize we stop dps at several points throughout the fight, so overall damage doesn't matter? Only last 2 minutes matter, and mage was #2 on the meters in that period. What a lack of insight.
