and looks like melee are in for a BAD time in this raid, 6 guilds killed first boss on mythic, and all of them only brought 1 melee (demon hunter) LULblizz.
@@elllqslaz Bringing more than one melee would work just fine. You cannot take what a top tier guild is doing and assume it's the only way to do it. They're making use of any advantage they can, even if it was only a 1% increase, for example.
@@joelswatten9611 Not really the mass dispel is even a disadvantage over warlocks. And warlocks can compete because our cooldowns are doing a lot of damage. Shadow just does good overall damage without bursting but when you can optimize the buff during the cooldowns warlock burst for more than 100k during that period
Priests are able to keep the Promises of Power up for a very long time due to Dispersion, Power Word: Shield and Mass Dispel. That's why they are strong. Many other classes do similar damage, but priest wins in the end of the day due to higher uptime on the damage buff.
@@Muftaay No it's not. The Mechanics are easy plus Addons are telling you everything. You don't need to think on your own anymore. If you want to see real Raids, play FFXIV.
@@magus9180 You have no idea what you're talking about. Raids are definitely not easy. Blizzard even stated that they design the difficulty of raid bosses with the existing addons in mind. So these addons don't make the fight easy. If there's an addon that helps too much, blizzard will remove that addon. Also in wow you have 20 man raids which make it much more complex when dealing with group mechanics. You probably haven't even caught half of the mechanics that are going on in that fight.

@@Muftaay I was pausing WoW for years, i came back for 1 Month and cleared all Legion Mythic Raids with ease. (Before BFA came out) Mechanics were easy to understand and easy to handle. Guess it's because im used to do a lot harder Raids in FFXIV.

It's not just about dps, guilds are stacking spriest for the mass dispel.
