📋 INGREDIENTS:
Potatoes:
1 large sweet potato
Salt
1 - 2 tsp Italian herbs
Olive oil
Salad:
1/4 white cabbage
1 cucumber
4-5 radishes
160 g spinach (5.6 oz)
100 g cashew nuts (3.5 oz)
A handful of basil leaves
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
Lemon juice from one lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
Baking: Bake in the oven on grill for 15 minutes
