So yesterday, I was hanging out at my friends house. He and my other buddy starting playing this game and my first reaction was a lot similar to yours. I'm a weeb, but not that kind. But when one friend got tired, he handed me the controller and said "You play this round." As soon as I got to character select and started glancing over the roster, I was instantly drawn to Beowulf. As soon as I hit my friend with his chair, I knew that I had found both my fighting game and my character. When I got home, I bought the game and have been messing around against AI ever since. My summer project this year is to get gud with Beowulf. As a young cub in the Wulf Pack, thanks for the helpful guide.
@@fgclava7280 Unfortunately, life got unexpectedly super busy this past summer, so I wasn't able to really get into it. But tonight, I was trying to get back into the game. I got my behind handed to me in a bunch of matches. What little practice I had gotten in has all rusted away. But I've determined to get this game down one day and now that things are slowing down, I'm going to try and get some practice in as often as I can. Amusingly, I had just finished an awful match and thought that I would rewatch this video. I think I need to get a fresh start and get back to the basics. Thanks again for this awesome video. When I finally do git gud, I'll get back with you and take you up on that offer.

The funnest Strat I’ve found for countering peacocks that play zoner is to jump and use wulf blitzer. I did it to one of them online once and they missed an easy block which showed how stunned they were by my Strat.
Hey man rly loved your guide it helped out allot. Some feed back tho you often tutched on a topic just to say your not going to talk about out and you did that allot witch endet up just confuzing me. Also I just felt the structure was a bit laking witch is important cuz when you try and learn a charackter you have to memorize allot so having it structured helps us to re watch a part witch we want to practise and we can memorize stuff better like this. Anyways i realy liked your vid. If you make more Skullgirls content id be happy :P

Yo lava could you explain some double chair combos? (Like in the 4° tutorial of Beo tests) sometimes when i try to add some Corner BnB the double chair sometime hits and sometimes not, it could be really helpfull for me
The thing i wanted to say from my 2° months ago me, it was about doing 11:06 combo as a Beo main i figured out the reason why sometimes the combo hits or not is because the Light/Heavy chara hitboxes, so i tried to test a different kind of things from your video btw, awesome video, it makes me take a lot of form on my Beo gamesense, keep doing it!
What exactly does mixup mean when you say it? It looks like you're talking about nice setups whenever you say mixup, like the j.Lk crossup after getting stagger stun from s.Hk. Is there something else to actually mix that up with once they're conditioned on the crossup?
You know what looking back at the video you're right I should have broken down what a "mix up" is in general. I will upload something on this this week but in the mean time a mix is whenever you have your opponent have to guess what you're going to do. You could go low,high,grab or behind them depending on move. It creates a rock paper scissor affect. Hope that makes it clear until I upload again thanks for asking im here to help!

Sure, the opponent could have to guess what you're up to, but if there's only one viable option for you then they don't have to guess. Or if one option is slower then they can just input to block the fast option followed by a block for the slow option to perform an option select. Like if you're jumping in without a way to slow your descent before your attack so that your overhead comes out with the same timing a land-into-low would then you have no mixup (like how you use a late airdash in GG). What's the alternative to the j.Lk crossup here?
When I compared that to setups, I meant situations where there is no mixup, you only have one attack option ready, but it's an attack that has to be blocked in a particular way that requires specific knowledge it's coming. Good for oki. That's as opposed to a mixup because when the opponent figures out your setup, you don't have a punish ready for their adjusted defense.
