Bro. When you pointed out that you can make individual notes slide notes my mind literally blew. Sliding 808s was one of the first things I wanted to learn but I just never got around to it I was focused on learning so much other shit. To think it was so simple lmaooo
The box in the top left is called the info box, I believe. It's either the info box/bar or the hint box/bar. I think the hint bar is the one that comes up at the bottom when you are time stretching and stuff.

6:45 If you don’t have access to Newtone:
Open sample in Newtone, pitch correct it, etc.
Newtone automatically opens in the master bus so directly below it insert Edison (if you have it)
Click the record button in Edison then click the play button in Newtone
Stop recording in Edison once the sample is complete
Drag the sample from Edison (button in upper right hand corner to drag) into the playlist or channel rack
Now you have a pitch corrected sample

At times my 808 samples don't change pitch on the piano roll, any suggestions on changing that, it puts me off sometimes🙏
you have to turn the time dilation knob in the channel setting all the way down to zero bro

yes, but that requires alot more manual precision on your end and i would not recommend it
