You should inquire with Hillwood about what they plan on putting in front of Union Park. It's been stagnant since McDonalds went in and still needs a grocer anchor.
@US380Updates I live off Main Street, near Providence, so we already have an ALDI right there. Don't care for that store much so the other options are great.
Still has the let date of 2026. Right of Way (ROW) delayed due to budget constraints. Will pick back up in Q3 of this year. My guess is construction starts late 2026 at the earliest and for phase I only.
Looking forward to seeing what happens closer to Naylor. Hoping for a Lowes/Home Depot and a Kroger/HEB. Would save many miles having to go to Denton or Little Elm.
I wish Trader Joe's and HEB were being built instead of Sprouts and Kroger on Main St. And 380. I know HEB owns some land on 720/380, any word if they will build another HEB there?
@@chrisnguyen757 we see this request a lot! The closest is 121 or 35 in Denton. So, this does make sense. There seems more of a want for traditional restaurants from the people we talk to though. Teel will start a trend hopefully!
Why didn't they put a flyover at 1385??? That has been a major area that causes backups, sometimes back to Savannah and Braswell HS. Better there than Navo
@@US380Updates Are you funded by Denton County? I mean is that why you don't also cover other areas of 380? I'm genuinely curious. Also the same with the 380 Denton Facebook groups, when there is virtually nothing available for 380 in Collin.

Since HEB won’t be coming to Crossroads how about Wynco or something similar? We need another grocer in the area besides Kroger or Walmart. Also a decent steak restaurant.
@ I wish they would consider building there. For years they have said they were going to build there. They would be welcomed. I drive to HEB in Frisco because getting down 380 at this point is a nightmare but it’s not convenient.
@sridjeya9305 thank you for the suggestion. We’re curious to know more politely from your perspective how or where the map included would further help, so if implemented it would be best used?
@US380Updates i am not familiar with all the intersection but curious to know how far these developments from my place. if you show all locations pinned at the end it would help to understand overall development in that region. Just my thoughts
Great update ... when can we expect to get some nicer "sit down" places to eat. No more chicken or fast food places. We need a place to eat where we order off a menu from our table and are served with real plates and silverware.
Too much growth on a not so useful roadway. Even when the work is done, the commercial and homes will keep coming. The work that is done now will surely be deemed obsolete when it’s unable to handle the volume.
@@southkiddJ TX Dot is already working on 2035-45 plans. The Dallas north tollway is being extended farther north already as well. These projects take much more time to plan and execute that building a McDonalds.
