Before becoming a professional wrestler, Scott Steiner was an amateur wrestler. Wrestling at 190 pounds for the University of Michigan, he became a three time Big 10 runner-up, after finishing fifth as a freshman. In 1986, Steiner became an NCAA Division I All American and placed sixth in the country in his senior year.

In his prime, Scott really was a genetic freak of nature. It didn't matter how tall or how heavy you were. If he wanted to put you somewhere that's where you were going to go. Just a freak athlete that had it all: size, strength, stamina, and agility. Big Poppa Pump!

+Zafar Khan Hurracanrana is used in mexico 30 years before Steiner´s debut....and Exploder suplex is popularized by Jun Akyiama, Taz used it and name it T-Bone suplex...i see Steiner using t-bone in very late 90´s...but he invented Steiner Screwdriver - most brutal move and spinning belly to belly...and roid rage screaming (like "hah?!hah?!") through his matches :-D

Imagine a tournament. Steiner bros, harley race, haku, barbarian, ron simmons, rick rude, and shamrock. I think either one of the steiners or shamrock wins. Steiners were amateur wrestlers and shamrock was proven as an mma fighter.
