Thank you for making this video Michael. I think you meant nitric oxide is released through the nasal breathing, not nitrous oxide (laughing gas) - big difference. Keep up the great work!

At one one point we have to begin breathing through the mouth cause u need more oxygen for ur muscles or they'll start to respirate anerobically and that's when lactic acid builds up. Causing muscle cramps

Runner's high is hilarious, during winter I move furniture away and run from one side of the apartment to the other. After 4 hours I stopped running, then I started laughing crazy!

Elite runners breath through mouth, you can't get enough air in through the nose

Totally agree - you need to switch to mouth breathing at a certain intensity... check out these simple breathing techniques ua-cam.com/video/36xkTRtKzyg/v-deo.html

I think theres truth in this coz when I jog I will hold my breath for like several seconds and I get some sort of an energy boost but then I will go back to lung breathing and it depletes. I think I should try this. I noticed also when im with a friend and we jog and talk as we go along I run much easier. I believe when you talk to a fellow jogger while jogging it helps. I not sure about this but it worked for me.
