Bonjour depuis ce matin jarrive seulement a connecté les ecouteurs a mon téléphone mais aucun son n'en sort est ce que vous avez une solution svp

According to the manual, the led indicator is supposed to turn off automatically after 3 hours of charging, but mine takes a lot longer than that, around 6 hours to turn off. Is it malfunctioning?

Hi Carlos, are you using he original charging cable that came with the device? Also, what is the power source that you're using to charge the headset with?^Omnia

@@sonyfrance hi. Yes, I'm using the original cable plugged to an AC adapter which delivers 5v and 500 mA, as suggested in the user manual

Hi Carlos, the charging time may differ depending on the conditions of use. 3 hours is time required for charging the empty battery to its full capacity. Could you confirm when did you purchase the headphones? Did you try a different adapter? Did you try charging them using a computer?

@@sonyfrance hi, thanks for your reply. I bought it a few days ago, I did try different adapters including an Original Sony adapter. With a computer not yet, and let me clarify, it does charge and lasts as long as promised, the only issue is that reached its charging time, the case doesn't stop receiving current and remains charging for a lot more hours, i counted 6 hours and the led never shut off.
