Making its debut at Hyde Park Book Club as Flat Moon’s new show opener, “Schleep” is a rapid new funk track about the thoughts/feelings/melodies that race around your head at night as you try to get to sleep.
INSOMNIA. It’s annoying. It’s so annoying we made this tune. Sometimes there’s nothing you can do. You just can’t get no schleep.
Unfortunately we made this tune too catchy. And now it’s in our heads. At night. And we can’t sleep. The irony. Sorry if this happens to you.
This one’s for all our insomnia-suffering, sheep-counting, ADHD-riddled, funk-tastic, cold-side-of-the-pillow comrades out there.
