Haven't heard this in decades. Thanks to the AssClown's who thought it was a great idea to cut this out of the Cd and download. They could have done like the original album. Make it a double cd set. I bought the single version. I most definitely would have bought the double disk. Gary Richrath was one the true best. The man is seriously missed. He knew what a song needed. Whether it was a heavy lick or something a little more mellow. This live album really displays his genius. This one of my favorite albums of all time. For so many reasons. Other than the obvious, the mixing is fabulous. Gary's playing really stands out and for it being released in 77. This album sounds freaking awesome. Especially thru some wattage. Thanks for putting it out there for us to enjoy.
I watched this concert verbatim, Halloween Night 1977 at Mcnichols Arena Denver, Co. Gary’s fingers were a total blurs on a fretboard, wow. This was 1 year from the day this was recorded.
You are so fortunate. This album was my introduction to REO.Saw them in Indy for Tunafish & in Nashville for 9 Lives. Still the only band I ever paid twice to see.
Gateway Grappler I totally agree with you folks. There are many albums and groups out there with great solo guitar work and for some stupid reason they cut them out. It's daylight robbery! 👊😠
Southern Rocker At 2:00 Gary plays a part of “Ghost Riders in the Sky” and “Little Queenie” was also excluded. All of the other songs were written by REO so they weren’t cut
Ladies and gentleman: The great mr. Gary Richrath, on guitar!
Gary sure knew how to rock out on that guitar!
R.I.P. Gary Richrath
Damn girl, nice pic! I'd say Gary was a chick magnet, in addition to being an awesome guitarist

Just bought this album on iTunes mainly for this part and it’s cut from the album. Cant imagine why they’d do that.
Those bastards! Makes no sense to me either, one of the best parts for sure!
