Man that made me laugh so much! Takes more skill to fly it properly than banging the sticks about! She’s allowed a loop or two, and some stall turns come on! 😁
You mean 3D we all start out flying in circles eventually want to hone your skills close to the ground. This guy can barely keep it in the air can't even fly it nose into him.
That helicopter 🚁 was and always will be frickin amazing 😉 damn I want one from watching that show when I was a kid to owning my own someday,,,, way cool gotta get one great job 👍👍
Yes, the pilot was saying he needs to play with the gains a bit more to get it perfectly dialed in. He tried something at the show and made it worse, so he reverted back to where it was for this flight. He'll get it sorted for sure.
Main rotor or tail rotor looks like they may be out of balance. Vibration may also be coming from main gear being out of round which is causing strange noise from improper gear mesh. I had the same tail vibration on my shuttle ZXX once and after chasing the problem for weeks changing blades, grips, main shaft, tail shaft, spindle and clutch I think it ended up being the stock main gear was slightly out of round. I replaced the main gear with the upgraded (white) gear assembly and the vibration was almost completely gone. Then after adjusting the throttle and pitch curves (lower throttle, raise pitch) it flies as smooth as butter. Now the only time it shakes is on initial spool up after that it calms down. The Airwolf is one sexy helicopter for sure. I wish the Airwolf body kit for the ZXX wasn't so expensive. I just can't justify spending almost $800 for the kit, retracts and other parts to make it work. Of all the problems that I've had with helicopters I find vibration issues the most difficult to resolve.
Geez, change the speed for this to 1/4 and start playing it at 1:05. Take a look at that tail section just prior to liftoff. Let me ask you Hilo jocks out there is that level of vibration normal for an RC helicopter of that size? I think that a catastrophic failure due to fatigue is just waiting to happen. Hope not.
why is the tail rotor rotating the opposite direction of the real Bell 222 ? I would think it would not be so hard to make it rotate the other way around ? they got the main rotor to rotate in the right direction after all.
Is the vibration on the tail normal? Also, motor doesnt sound right. I am on a waitlist to order this bad boy from Germany. Is thr HSM 800 mechanics upgraded on this one? Great heli and great flight. Well done! 👍👍
Nice. 2 questions: 1 Can you mount a camera on it? and 2: are turboshaft engines optional like the real Airwolf? hehe okay the 2nd question was just for fun.
All that detail and Roban can’t even get the color correct. Airwolf was never black and white. It was phantom gray metallic and a extremely light gray almost white like.
What was that annoying as f##k twittering noise? That alone would turn me to a different brand of helicopter. If it was something from that individual unit the owner needs to do his due diligence and fix the damn thing. Not that I have the least interest in buying a way overpriced turd.
So nice to see a heli flown like a heli instead of some damn out of control kite! Well done!
Amen
Haha
@Alan Bycroft,.. Yes sir, well said!

Loved that show !!! Definitely influenced my love of aircraft
Beautiful! Awesome scale flight. Loved the sound of the blades flapping on the descent.
Definitely impressive to have seen in person. It is a beautiful scale heli.
Looks fantastic guys. Roban certainly have one of the best bodies for it.
The best soundtrack for the Airwolf to date.

That roll on Landing was very impressive, well done that man 👌😎
Such an iconic helicopter.
Excellent skills my friend!
Beautiful!
Nice flying! I have the same model and I freakin' LOVE IT!
Super Cool! Awesome touch and go.
OMG. Thank you for video! This is in my buy list. Will be mine in next weeks... 😍😍😍 Together with 800mm Roban Blackhawk... 😍😍😍
Awesome, my favourite show when i was a kid
nice heli and flight that tail sure seemed to have lot of vibrations in it.

Motion RC it looked like the gain was too high on rudder and pitch? Great heli though and nice flight.
@@MotionRC Whats the gain? I'm new to this.
@@justanotherguy469 yes, gain is a weird word choice. it means how aggresively the gyro will correct the deviation.
@@davidjacobs8558 Thank you.
GREAT VIDEO!!
every RC Heli pilots dream!
Vibration in the rotorhead.

I gotta say that is cool but I bet it is hard to Fly. Nice video and great Flying by the pilot 👍👍 😎👍 👍
Very cool!!

Great heli and great flight. Well done! 👍👍
It seems like it has a vibration issue since the tail fine is shaking. Where the main rotors balanced?
that is a decent bit of vibration in that tail ... might want to balance the blades out a bit
The tail was shaking quite a bit. Looks like an extremely weak point.
Nice. 2 questions: 1 Can you mount a camera on it? and 2: are turboshaft engines optional like the real Airwolf? hehe okay the 2nd question was just for fun.
Waiting to maiden mine!
don't wait!
@@MotionRC I know, I know right!
What head speed are you running?
Nice flying stringfellow hawk
Is this all electric? Amazing! Can retracts be applied to the weapons?
How long does the battery last? Looks sooooo cool!!
vertical tail fin needs to increase stiffness
I like this model. It's scale is accurate. Not some chinese knock off, where everything is the wrong spot.
Needs onboard speaker to make Airwolf howl and other show sound cues
I am from Bangladesh. How i got your product with spin.
Its is Battery or gas powered?
Too cool
Was it good for you too?
yes it was
Nice!!
Airwolf it's me Chris remember me
Can someone explain to me what is the difference between an 800 class, 700 class, and a 600 class helicopter. Are they not scaled like airplanes?
It’s the size of the rotor blades in mm
@@bplee2 Thank you so much!

I heard real Airwolf was very dark green, almost black, but you can see green sheen when the sun shines at the right angle.
You'd think for the money they want for this the tail wouldn't wobble like a wet noodle.🤭
thats on the assembler, not the models fault who built it
Oh ok thx.....🤭
Looks great, but next time find a highly experienced RC helicopter pilot when your trying to sell a product nothing against your guy.
Jesus, that tail wobble doesn't look good.
