3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 tbs of Cornstarch
1/4 tsp of Baking Powder
1/4 tap of Baking Soda
1 tsp of Sugar
1 tsp of Salt
1/4 tsp of Garlic powder
1/4 tsp of Onion powder
1/8 to 1/4 tsp of paprika for color
whisk all the dry ingredients
Than watch video at 4:26 to add the 3/4 cup of the
special ingredient to make this batter work, you must
use this ingredient or it will not work. Good Luck to ya.
It may take a couple tries to get the temp of the oil and the fry length, but don't give up its so simple and delicious!
