"Normal mode" enables all features. "Secure mode" disables all casting/network features and "disable OS" complete disables the embedded OS, only allowing for external hardwired devices to connect.

Is there a setting to adjust the sensitivity of the screen? The annoying problem I encounter is something that is as small as a gnat or a fly which lands on the screen ( insects are attracted to the light from the screen ) will change my page, whether it minimizing or maximizing the page, if I am watching a video, will pause or stop or close the page I am viewing. As I said, totally annoying. Thank you.

Unfortunately, there is no way to adjust touch sensitivity. Most interactive IFPs use infrared light to register the touch, which means any object that comes in contact with the board will register as touch.

@@DanielSharpe Hmm, sounds like a design flaw, if an insect can cause annoying problems on a system our school paid almost 2,800 on for each unit; 34,000 in total. Glad it's NOT my money.

Actually, most panels that are purchased for schools use the IR touch technology. This is mostly because IR touch panels are much more cost effective than say a capacitive touch screen. When you say multiple users, do you mean having multiple people write at the same time or cast multiple computers at the same time?

Our boards use what's called infrared touch. This means that any object that breaks the "light plane" in front of the glass will register touch. Touch sensitivity usually can only be adjusted on capacitive touch devices.

You can only choose Sleep or Hibernate. To prevent the board from ever shutting off you would need to disable Energy Star and configure the sleep settings (as shown in the video).
