Is there a way to bluetooth laptop to the board rather than hardwire?
It is possible to use vCast to wirelessly project your laptop to your ViewBoard (ua-cam.com/video/qgHSUfrA2WY/v-deo.htmlsi=RggU3A-MNNpp9UD3).
I just hook mine up to my laptop and run everything through the laptop.
Hey, I'm on my way to buy one now to connect my laptop. Do you have any suggestions are heads up issues to share about what I should expect, or is it so easy peasy its self-evident.

How to restart view board
the sidetool bar is missing. how can i display it always?
The side toolbar and be show/hidden in the ViewBoard settings (ua-cam.com/video/ouXmwgDOXMA/v-deo.htmlsi=PzXkbVLvXGnIDfae). Note that if you're in a school district, the side toolbar might be disabled from the IT/admin side.

Sometimes a mosquito or an insect sits on the screen and changes the screen, how can I check it?
So unfortunately, because of the IR touch technology, any object that interacts with the board (including a fly) can activate what's on the screen.
I downloaded the myviewboard companion application, would this be the software? But I can't access it using the QR code. I can only access the account by entering my email and password. Could you help me and tell me what I'm doing wrong, as I can't access it via Qrcode.
Here's a great video on how to use the Companion App (ua-cam.com/video/Tgon6H-pYtU/v-deo.htmlsi=-dfxRdNetdfguKNw). Remember that you need to select "Host" then sign in with email/or password or if you're using single sign in select Google or Office 365. If you selected "Participant" you need to sign out, and start over.

When trying to use the QR Code share we keep getting the message "Whiteboard failed to share your canvases using the QR code." How do we fix this?
This could be a different issue depending on if you're using Google Drive or One Drive. First, we would try unbinding and rebinding your cloud storage. Next, we'd make sure that your admin has given permission for external sharing for your organization (here's a Google example support.google.com/a/answer/60781?hl=en).
