@@ViewSonicEducation I side loaded the APKs as installing the Apps using your Manager solution is a headache and not too straight forward. Just 4 Apps are available as 3rd party option. Zoom and Teams work ok but definitely the experience is better using it with a PC connected to the board as they are the waterdown Android versions . Even the Viewsonic VB-CAM-201 can't use all of its futures when connected directly to the board, it behave as a regular webcam and it is too expensive to use it as such. For everything else, the panel is great. Hope there were a more Office/Work/Meetings oriented software for your panels.

Yes but you must make sure your Android phone supports video out. For example, video out wasn't supported on Google Pixel until the 8 series.

Hi there! Yes it is possible, but only using myViewBoard Manager Advanced (MDM). This is all web based and can control the built in ViewBoardOS. Note that it won't be able to control connected devices. Also keep in mind it's more for remote management (ie troubleshooting) and not for remote teaching/meetings.

Sometimes Windows Ink plays weird with touch. Have you tried interacting with your PowerPoint using the pointy side of the ViewSonic stylus?

Yes, if you have a computer connected to one panel, and that computer has vCast Sender installed, then you can cast that computer to another display.

You should be able to plug in directly to the ViewBoard to use your webcam. Sometimes to test, we'll plug the camera into the front USB ports instead of the side USB ports. Yes, to run Windows in this video we have a built in PC module (www.viewsonic.com/us/products/shop/viewboard/slotin-pc). You can also connect a Windows laptop to the board.

Unfortunately, if you choose to share one tab, you have to disconnect and reconnect to share another tab (this is how Chromium handles screen sharing). That's why there's also the option to share your whole window so you can switch between tabs without disconnect.

Hi there, we're unsure what you mean by hiding the "pen icon." When writing with the pen no icon should appear and should only be a dot as shown in the software. Are you using touch or are you using the trackpad on your computer?

If you're on the latest firmware, you can go to the Android settings --> Display --> Screen Timeout, you should be able to set the timeout to Never

You can if your ViewBoard has the HDMI Out input (usually located on the side or bottom of the panel). This would then run into either HMDI 1, 2 or 3 on the second ViewBoard.
