I got my f900r and g310r from that Middletown dealer. The g310 is definitely down on power so you have to ring it out which makes it fun to ride. Love the bike though it’s really fun and lightweight.
I have one of these and the power is from 7-10k . You were short shifting at 8k and running 6th gear at 5000rpm. Falling out of the power. You claim the bike was underpowered while only using 20 of the 35 horses available. It does have a unique sound though due to the air intake being in front of the engine so you hear the induction noise
It was my wifes first time on the bike, and she's not used to revving it completely out, but she was still revving it pretty high and going full throttle moat of the ride.
@@bikerbeliever8169 sure , no worries I understand. It's difficult thrashing a bike on a test ride without feeling subconsciously guilty about doing it. I test rode mine alone and did eighty miles over various routes to ensure it met my needs. That way I could thrash it in private. You do have to put a race face on with these bikes and that style of riding doesn't suit everyone for sure .

Yes definitely underpowered, but makes for some high revving fun. Oh and it makes a unique sound too which is always fun.
