I have a 2022 model and my biggest gripe is the silver piece of plastic below the display. In daylight it reflects the sun into my eyes and I’m so surprised they haven’t changed it!
I do like these cars in terms of style and features and good to see some small improvements in range but I’m really disappointed by the continued astronomical pricing for Stellantis EV’s (Peugeot, Vauxhall/Opel, Fiat, Citroen, Jeep). In the Uk these are around £40,000 for a nice spec. Big discounts new and massive depreciation now (try £22k for a model with 3K mileage here) which also means leasing rates are very high. The market has spoken on these EV’s and you’d have to be mad to buy a new one with your own money unless you like losing £20k in less than 2 years. Pity they are nice cars but this level of pricing just isn’t sustainable. (PS - I have an e208 but as a company car - great car but not my own money!).
I quiet agree with the comments from Ian. I’ve just purchased our first EV a Peugeot e-2008 GT spec, 8 months ex demo car from the local dealer at £24k, that’s £16k depreciation. It’s a lovely car for the money, was looking at an Audi Q4 for the extra size and range, but couldn’t justify double the cost for a first ev.
Ordered my Peugeot 2008 1.2 puretech Eat8 Gt in red at the beginning of June and was told on the day of ordering it that the estimated collection date would be october. After seeing these reviews pop up on youtube about the new facelift I got in touch with my dealer and asked if 1. Would this have any impact on the order due to the new facelift (building may have stopped on the older model/parts may have been stopped etc), because at the time I placed my order it was the older model. 2. Would I be still be getting the original older version or would it come with the new facelift. Was told that it would more than likely be the new facelift, not that I mind and actually prefer the new style even tho there nothing wrong with the previous one. Great looking car either way and can't wait to collect it 😁 Just wish that these reviews also took into account of the combustion segment of these and could show us any difference there may be other than the obvious lol.
Peugeot prices have gone completely insane last couple years, and servicing has doubled , Peugeot main dealer almost €300 yet non Peugeot dealer done it for €175 using genuine parts got for original garage, and when facelift model is brought out prices up by €2k
"Welcome to Malaga" was kinda superfluous Nobby, pretty clear you're not in Donabate. Though fingers crossed what with global warming and such. 😁 Nice looking car and I'm not generally predisposed to the modern/current blobby designs.
I have a works lease 70 plate e2008 what piece of rubbish it is, range is appalling. It’s been in for three recalls or electronic problems. Peugeot App is another joke. Don’t bother best thing you can do with this car is buy a can of petrol and burn it!

I’m looking forward to seeing you do the E 3008

Like myself, hope you slapped on the factor 50 on your head!
Nice car. Don't normally like Peugeot's but this is nice. All depends on price though.

Just looking at pricing for the EV version anywhere between 36 and 42000 euro depending on spec
What was your real world range on your three and a half hour drive?

I have to wait 4,5 months....
Super
Looks worse than original
