Always leave a turbo engine idle a few minutes after a long drive. It will help the turbo last a very long time. You can Google that and get more information on this subject.
Nice work. Excellent video with clear voice instructions with no crappy music in the background. Thank You.
I hate crappy music in the back
Great video! Thank you for showing the correct way the oil filler gasket goes, I had to replace mine and I was not sure of the right way to install it. Other videos do not show it even though it is part of the process.
Cool, im glad it help
Nice job mayne! That extractor makes its hella easy
I have a 2014 E350 and this is how I do my oil change also .Thank you very much for an excellent video.

Thank you so much 😍
should apply oil to the new o-rings for better sealing before re-install.
I think I could do this 😃 thanks for the video
It's easy
Nice job and great video.Thank you! Your car is so clear, so how do you clean under the hood, what do you use for it?
I used plain water, I cover the intake tube with plastic or a rag, then I spray the engine plastic with a tire shine then wipe it down and tried getting the whole area wiped, might do a quick video on this
Did you use 5W 30 oil? and can you send me the link to the oil filter and rings please?
O-40
You got any links to the parts you used ? (Example : oil extractor, oil used...)
Link for the extractor in description, the oil can be purchase any where the have Mobil w0-40 full synthetic, I like your comment and I will keep it in mind for upcoming videos
@@Critycal1 thank you so much !
Is using the extractor pump better than draining it from under the car?
For instance depending where you take your car for an oil change, an extrator may be used, I used the extrator and don't see a difference from draining it, using the extrator is just convenient
Where did you get your oil extraction pump from?
Harbor freight tools
why would you need to mark the oil filter canister?
in case you don't have a torque wrench
You don’t need to mark it, it doesn’t guarantee proper torque applied to cap, just makes no actual sense.
Can find the oil plug underneath. No extractor tool
If you are changing your motor oil from underneath, you need to remove the splash cover right under the engine, then you will see the oil drain plug
What kind of oil do I use for 2017 mercedes-Benz C300 4matic sedan?
And how many quartz?
Car uses full synthetic 0W-40, Mobil 1, about 7 Quarts, when pouring the 7th quart measure with dip stick until full, this is what Mercedes recommends for DIY oil changes
Do you need to reset the system?
Yes, I totally forgot to mention about that
I'm looking forward to that video
Just ask youtube or use your cars manual
Why not just remove the drain plug from the bottom?
It's actually much simpler, and same tecnic oil change as the dealer, I had no issues doing the oil change with the extractor, plus it saves time
There’s no oil plug for the oil pan ? Under the car ? 🤦🏽♂️
When using an oil extractor, you don't need to bother with oil plug nor oil compression o-ring
I’m old school sorry
@@Critycal1 but is there a drain plug? And this is just the preferred method.?
@@trutube5955 there is a drain plug, but there is more steps doing it that way, requires a jack, jack stand, removing splash guard underneath car, a drain catch tub
WAIT DID HE JUST SAY 4 CYLINDER!!!
Its a 4 cylinder
Why?
?
?
It’s a Mercedes!
