My mom and I have had a rough relationship most of my life. She was emotionally and verbally abusive. I've confronted her about it's lessened but still a problem. Now that I'm older I've been gone through therapy I realized that I needed to put distance between me and my mom for my own well being. The anxiety she gives me was literally giving me health problems. It was hard to let go of my own mom but this song has helped me get through it and now I'm better for it.
