    Dude you are ahead of your time!! This video was made in 2013. I discovered the benefits of band training in 2018. I do 90 percent of my exercises with bands. Not only can you maintain with bands you can even build muscle.

    you just saved me, as a trucker I spend most of the week on the road, I have been dedicated myself to eating healthy (not easy being on the road) but having resistance bands is a lifesaver, literaly as it gives me a chance to burn off calories and maintaining a healthy weight, thank you for showing us this workout :)

      absolutely man. Perfect example of where bands come in handy. If I'm on the move, travels , hotels or holidays always bring mine with me as a back up if have access to nothing else and can still get in a great maintaining workout. Good job

    Here are the workouts if you dont want to watch the video
    Bicep Curls 20 reps
    Side Lateral Raises 20 reps
    Pull Downs on a handle 20 reps
    ^ again but step back and squat down
    And do it again for 15 reps then 10 etc.

    Thanks for the workout! I used to place soccer competitvely, then I started working, battled addiction and am in recovery. In my recovery, I replaced drugs with overeating and lack of excercise. I got the eating under control- eat healthy food, but now I need to start training again. This was a great entry back into it- one day at a time!

    The best resistance bands I've used over the last few years has been the Golds Gym Long Series set. It generally only cost about $15 at freaky Walmart. It comes with three bands of varying thickness. They latch on through a hard plastic loop on both the handles. These bands take at very least one year before they wear out and I have a set that's lasted for 2 years already. Each band has canvas wrapped around the middle to avoid excess wear were you step on em. Buy em! They're the best!

    There are real and unreal fears! For unreal fears, feel fear and just do it anyway! For real fears, learn the skills and feel fear and just do it! It is not always easy to find the difference between real and unreal fears. We will feel fears our whole life! When we feel fears, our shoulder is moving upward and thus there is the neck and shoulder tension. Another reason for the neck and shoulder tension is wrong posture during sitting, walking and sleeping. Thank you very much Zeus Fitness for these exercises. My neck and shoulder tension is almost non-existent. It takes just 10 to 15 min per day. I am also doing five Tibetans i.e another 10 min. Yes, I am not going to gym at all!

    people, just an added tip - when doing curls, should use both feet on the band to make resistance even for each muscle. and widen feet accordingly for more resistance but make sure feet are exactly proportionate. good way is to step both feet on band ahead of time while its spread out on the floor and then pick the both sides up making sure the length is even on both sides. nothing worse than when a workout is not unilateral - one muscle gets less resistance than the other.

    Beginner using resistance bands. Excellent vid. Extremely beneficial esp as i dont go gym during ramadhan. Great way to keep my muscle i worked hard for during and after ramadhan. May god bless u.

    this workout and video is awesome! its great to see a real time workout video. i watch videos because i get easily distracted and can't remember which exercise to do so to be guided through it thoroughly is so much better than struggling to follow along and watching a vid multiple times because you can't get the routine down. I also appreciated how every exercise flowed into the next one! Sometimes in these vids you are going from arms to legs to abs and you need to reconfigure your entire body with every move. This routine was easy to follow but still challenging and fun! Thank you!

    Awesome. I am on a motorcycle trip, currently in Montreal. Heading back down to Mexico. I put two bands and a jump rope in my saddlebags. Been hitting a bit. Found this video is really helpful.

    I started using these resistance bands to help. I have muscular dystrophy and as long as I don’t hurt myself I am staying stronger longer. Especially with my eating diet and making sure I get the actual nutrition needed.

    I love my bands too! I watched the pro wrestlers of WCW using bands in the locker room during the 1990s. They were using them to stretch the muscles and to get a pump. They travel so easily with you anywhere and yes, you will get results.

      Oh I remember it well . Im a massive wresting fan and wrestled for years myself. Heres even a random quick little workout using bands and a couple of dumbbells I shot years ago with my good friend Scotty 2 Hotty who you I'm sure know backstage in Dublin before we had a match :-)

    I use 2 bands together cuz sometimes you want more resistance than you can get from just one.

      Also Rexx, SAFER. Better 2 light bands than one heavy band as it halves the stress on the band and handle connector. Getting snapped in the face teaches this lesson.

      A resistance device was used by a Senator I believe he was from Utah, the band snapped and he lost vision in one eye.

      Yeah I just discovered resistance band training a few weeks ago & they're great! I read studies that they are better than dumbells because the resistance is there throughout the full movement. I still like my dumbells at the gym but having another Tool to workout makes it more fun!

    Awesome workout, I found this really helpful as I bought my band about a year ago and only know a few moves. However, you are right, its like taking a gym with you, the variety of moves you can do is brilliant, I was doing bodyweight workouts and then doing resistance band ones too and even using it between sets of weights. Now I know more stuff I can do, it'll help me to use it more effectively, thanks!

    Can i able to build muscle by using this type of band by Increasing the Resistance level.
    I dont want to go GYM, The membership Cost too much for GYM.

      You indeed can. It's the same as lifting weights. Weights add resistance and with bands, you're mimicking the same thing. Helped to develop my triceps and back.

    Resistance is resistance no matter what you do to create it. I have a full set of bands rated at different weights from 35 lbs. to 5 lbs. of resistance that clip to handles using a caribiner clip. All of my bands included are the equivalent of a 225lb. set of free weights and all fits in a bag no bigger than a plastic grocery bag so I can take it with me anywhere. I can also use any combination of bands to create an equivalent to free weights. So, they're very convenient and do the same thing. My bench, bars and free weights now just collect dust.

    Best thing for training. I gain some great muscle with bands and its simple to use. You can do everything with bands. I will use it after this pandemic 100%. If you want to get it get at trainhome shop (check on google) its awesome i love it so much.

    It works slowly but it's very easy to do and convinience at my own bed room or around the house whenever I have time. Cool stuffs.
    Of course, won't be effective as weights room equipments but this is an alternative way to sweat and toning my bod.

    Good stuff, thanks for posting! I've been working out for years at the gym with traditional weights and moving in on age 64 I'm trending towards fast paced, controlled exercises like this. Great pump, good for cardio fitness and less chance of injury!

      +Muddy Walker Unfortunately there is no Quick and Easy route to results. It takes hard work, consistency and super important the diet.
      But if you nail all 3 there is no reason you can't see results quickly. Inside the home workout club is access to my Zeus Absolution program. It can be completed using just a resistance band and 1 kettlebell.
      It's aimed at building lean muscle and stripping body fat and is hugely popular. But you would need a kettlebell with the resistance band but they work and are 2 pieces of equipment that I always recommend for home workouts or workouts on the move.
      Full diet guide for it is also included. What's good about it is, you can also over time if need more resistance up the resistance of the band and lift a heavier kettlebell/weight for added strength, may be worth a look www.homeworkout.club

    I love these things! I have been getting toned, doing the exact same exercises you just performed . Any pointers on toning the abs with this? I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, but I hang it over the door and hold my stomach in and then bend down to 3 sets of 15 reps.
