A Sub 14 Min Chicago! - REDRIVER2 Chicago% in

Well it's not a Allmissions% WR but I was hoping for a sub 14 minutes Chicago for a damn while, especially with all the 14 mins flat teases I've gotten. But at long last I got the perfect combo of good RNG and good driving. Not the absolute optimal time but it's up there for sure.
And yes the run died soon after, Havana was godawful.

Could be fun, since the categories do exist, but a lot of them only have Viper's time (since he set them up). I never really bothered to run specific cities since I might as well just do the full AllMissions, Chicago% is just easy to do since I kinda have no choice but to go through it at the start so it's the most optimized already.
