+Cisco Nerd So glad this might work for your homeschoolers, too! I just use the projector supplied by my school district, so I haven't shopped around. Mine's a Panasonic (sorry, don't have the model # because I'm on winter break right now) and it works great. Newish and no problems, so far. Hope you're having a great year with your kids!

How to setup new calibration

Can it be projected on any wall? or only on a white board?
Good advice. I'll remember that for next time. As for the projection, it can work on any surface, but the wall should be smooth for best writing and tapping effect.

Yes, I think this would work, too, though I haven't tried it. (You sound far more tech savvy than I am.) I'd worry a bit about scratching the TV screen with the plastic tip of the wand, especially since some of my students aren't as gentle as I'd want them to be when "writing" with the wand on the board. By projecting on the regular dry erase whiteboard, I don't have those concerns. Thanks for watching!

WIthin the software, you can toggle between mouse and pen functioning. This video is quite old and I'm guessing newer versions of the IPEVO tools have more functionality than the set I was using. LR

Hi Sakab, I've used the board with my desktop computer, too. Basically,
the whiteboard just allows for wall-sized manipulation of your
computer's screen. Not sure there's any value in that if no computer is
involved, but perhaps I'm misunderstanding your question.

If I wanted to use dry erase markers with it could I ?
Yes, Madison. You can write on your regular whiteboard surface with your dry erase markers and then use the IPEVO pen tool with digital ink to write in a different area, if you'd like. The dry erase markers, obviously, wouldn't interact with the IPEVO software on your screen.
