It's not easy for a family to take the news of cancer.its a trauma ,shatters the family. Should have will power, support of family and a good doctor who treats you....motivates you...then to some extent you can move forward.

Mam first of all thank you for organising such valuable podcasts.
Mam my mom is suffering from vericoes veins since more than 15 years now...she has undergone operation, wore socks etc done everything still ulcers keep coming back and currently she is having ulcers since 2020 and is in immense pain.
Can you organise a detailed podcast with vericoes veins expert...it would be of great help..

@coachshivangidesai i can understand it's your profession, it's obvious you will try to promote your personal programm. But imagine the big population which is down, below & racing with healthy fit people around them that population is Thalassemia minor or trait. If you really fought & got such health, why don't you make one depth video on thallasemia minor in the pubLic interest ( as we all know major is completely medical professions concern). It's kind request @coachshivangidesai, i knew person who lost many years in depressed & watsed so many years understanding how they become healthy to carry life with joy. So many of them unknown feel nondesrving for any enthusiastic work. I'm begging you, please make one depth video. Every one speaking about obesity, diabetes, bp, diet management which is real need but thalassemia minor is as big as all above condition because it's like RACE OF 4 wheelers but so many of participant trying to fight with 3wheels.You know it all. After all you described how it hampered your personal growth & happiness.
