Spot on Antole. Something around the exaggerated prices of land. Its heavily over priced.
Nairobi land is expensive. The price of land alone is over 2milion. Then most developers use loans to fund their projects. The process of transferring title deed from the original owner to the developer to the new buyer will take months. All that time interest on loan is accumulating.
Siwezi sema Nairobi ni wizi. It's just too expensive. It's unrealistic to sell a single house in Nairobi for less than Ksh 3milion

Great showcase it is more a Hacienda exterior that should boast open airy space! Wall to wall windows should have done ✅ the place justice and made it seem bigger , with outdoor/indoor living ! The rooftop terrace would be my outdoor living space ! Forget the house 🏡! I’m done ✅ why am I just finding your channel and the houses are all sold smh !

This is exactly what I am trying to NOT do. Property Shows can be of different styles. Some can be very serious, some can be super relaxed, some can be a hybrid of both. Some don't even have hosts but have crazy conversion value.
You'd be shocked at how many houses the 'side shows' have sold. To each his own.
