- This House is located less than a Kilometer from the Nairobi Namanga Highway and in the prestigious Chuna Estate in Kitengela.
It sits on a generous quarter acre of land and is surrounded by some of the best homes in Kitengela.

The stair railing its not that nice it looks like them flats houses what they install in them. The railings would have been better with some classy stair rails 🚈 as this house has very nice finishing interiors.

At 31M I would expect higher standard of kitchen and washrooms but it certainly is a step in the right direction with design in Kenya.

The town house concept is awesome, elegant use of locally available materials, design is top notch... Price is outrageous deal breaker right there... I think the roof top was the selling point of this house.

As for the house, wow!!! It’s the kind of contemporary house I long for, with flat roof where you can entertain or enjoy the sunset. The natural light is a huge plus, the ceiling height is perfect, the colour scheme is neutral and welcoming. The staircase is amazing with simplicity but functional!

The exterior is fresh and modern. Also love the large windows and the rooftop is dope. That said the interior aesthetic does not match the exterior at all - dated kitchen, subpar flooring, underwhelming bathrooms and terrible wood paneling all over 😕. Kenyan architects and interior designers need to start collaborating with black South African counterparts, because their finishes are excellent!
Kenya is making great strides - look forward to moving back for good!
Agreed on u madam esp.kitchen n bathroom is out dated they should b visiting Dubai or S.A for learning few lessons about interior.but this one they tried but pricy abit as kenyans always do.

Pls do the due diligence. That house is not worth 31 million. It's a ripe off. You can buy a cheaper house with much better features near Nairobi than that. Dont waste your money

The kitchen is subpar, the sink is cheap and the tap, and no spray fixture? No overhead microwave , setup of the kitchen is also bad. For 34 mil only top notch quality

This is one if the well finished house I have ever seen in Kenya. What a disaster that such a beautiful house doesn't have bathtub. How how how did that happen? Well done thumbs up for a good video. Still can't get over it that there's no bathtub.

Now this is a property I would consider. Finishing good, lighting excellent the only thing missing are trees, I don’t know why Kenyan real estates don’t invest in Nature. Nature adds so much values to a property. my dream house is in the middle of trees #treehouses 👍🏾.

Glad to see such designs taking root locally, i really like the simplicity & openness. That said, they could have done better with the kitchen & pantry size, an island, master bathroom size & facilities, master bedroom walk in or walk through closet & even have another room(s) on the rooftop. The space on the roof is huge & unless you're hosting many people every other weekend, you can have a home gym, home office & or games/entertainment room. The 34m price tag is way overpriced.

It costs a minimum of 1.2million or more to drill a borehole,it's development which comprises of tanks delivery pipes,three phase wires,a float switch and a electricity control unit can easily cost more than 300k. Thirty million is a lot of money,there are several building options that can cut building costs by upto 70percent,the only problem is that Kenyans are too conservative.

The kitchen is dark because of the choice of color of the fixtures, they should'a just gone bright colored with it. They should thrown in a microwave for that price
This was a well designed and well thought house. I love the neutral colors on the walls and floor so that the owner can customize it to their taste and liking.
I love the gabion wall, such character there, and also the wooden stairs, not forgetting the amount of natural light flooding in everywhere except the kitchen which is a bit dull and the land space outside with the greenery🥰🥰😍 lakini that price hapana
