    Ingredients for Paneer Stuffed Moong Dal Chilla:
    For Moong Dal Batter:
    1 cup moong dal, soaked in water for 3-4 hours
    1-inch ginger
    1 green chilli
    2 tablespoons fresh coriander
    ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
    ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
    1 pinch asafoetida/hing
    Salt to taste
    For Paneer Filling:
    1 cup (150g) paneer
    ¼ cup carrot, finely chopped
    ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
    ¼ cup capsicum, finely chopped
    ¼ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
    ¼ cup yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
    ½ teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
    2 green chillies, finely chopped
    2 tablespoons fresh coriander
    ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
    1-2 tablespoons oil
    Salt to taste
