Nice video. I only painted My, Im so afraid of broken de plastic to open it, but the next I'll try yo do it, have a wolverine from 96 that I want to repair the false move on his arms.
Vid was just what i was looking for as i had never ever knew this toy existed but scoffed when i learned there was no easy clip on panel in the back to change the power source. What a botched job or was it a way to get the the kids to ask for a new one lol.
I did some research, and it seems that toybiz did fix this battery issue when they made 1994 X-Men Phoenix Saga Phoenix who came equipped with a battery door.

This was a cyclops I bought on eBay new and opened up.
I hear ya. I’m struggling trying to get the third edition Cyclops repaired. When I disassembled his back and removed the old batteries I couldn’t identify what makes contact with the button and batteries. I put new ones in and cleaned the connectors and I still can’t get cyclops visor to light up. Thank you for the reply!

What about the rivets that go in the arms and knees to bend? What are those called? The original 1991 Storms arm was defective or something and always fell out

Plumber’s Tape around limbs with pegs should work.

My Cyclops that I've had since I was a lil boy back in the 90's stared in horror at what he witnessed and is giving me a stare as if to say 'Please don't shove things up my ass'.
That being said, I would like to know if it is possible to tighten the joints. Mine's are all loose, can't even stand up now.
Pipe thread seal tape works great on the joints at the hips, but I’m not sure about the knees. Toy Polloi talks about using that tape to tighten joint :)
