Ooh. Order 66.if you haven't already done that.
Or maybe the Yavin 4 celebration
Padme’s death
His hallway intro in a new hope
The new one have too much jokes, and that makes it bad. But that's my point of view, what about yours?
@@LordVador_FR what you said was true... From a certain point of view.
My only issue with the original is the fact we have a Scarred version of Anakin's head in the game and they didn't use it for him after he got burnt.
Probably an oversight, at least for the OG release. Should of been fixed with The Complete Saga though, especially since they changed the cutscenes up compared to the Lego STW 1&2.
No he didn't wym?
Oh if you look closely you see that white of a head is there in Darth Vader's transformation in the og one
@@JoseJimenez-vc7we and it’s one of the head options in the character creator
That’s the only one?.?
0:04 “hehargh”
Why are Darth Vaders legs the opposite way round in the 2nd one?
Even as a kid, I disliked that Anakin didn't look scarred in the original version.
Maybe they didn’t want to spoil ROTS? But then again complete saga could’ve patched this having released years after the movie.
Lego Star Wars 1 came out in 2005 before the release of ROTS, so the cutscene was animated with a vague approximation of what the movie would actually look like.
@@TedSpaghetti If you study the scene you'll see that it after it cuts to Palpatine his face is completely different then when he's in the machine. It's weird...
And why did he still have hair when it's supposed to have been burnt off?
Yeah
I like how complete saga still had a bit of seriousness. And the scene where he is ripping everything apart is great.
yet i feel like there is humor at the wrong point in time such as quigon’s death, i feel that was the wrong moment for that level of comedy as that was a turning point in anakin’s turn to the dark side by not having the master he was promised. had quigon not died things could of been much more different and anakin may never have turned to the dark side. that scene in the skywalker saga i feel dis respects that major death, the og version was better
It’s Lego, it can’t be serious
@@Leonardo-cw1dd from what I've seen, I disagree with that. The game isn't meant to be fully serious, otherwise it might as well not be a LEGO game.
Plus, the newer one is not only more detailed into showing his transformation, but it pays homage to the film much better.
@@SWDude2710 im aware its not meant to be fully serious as its a lego game built for kids i just think they went overboard on the comedy for quigon’s death

I like that you can still see Vader's grey skin in the original saga lol
The newer Vader Model you can also see it, but not in this clip
@@pocketmarcy6990 Ooooo nice
How is his skin like that right when the helmet is put on? His skin was only pale because of the lightning palpatine shot at him while he was throwing him down the reactor shaft. Like how mace windu deflected palpatine’s lightning and his face then turned white
@@jorgehoracio6766 it’s a Lego game, that pale headsculpt was the only model they had of burnt anakin. In the original movie his head isn’t grey, it’s still burnt skin color. The only reason it becomes grey is because of his head scarring through age.
I like that they had my breathing in the original Saga
I love in complete saga Anakin looks like normal but when the mask was set his hair disappeared and the whole face changed
The Skywalker Saga had the famous “NOOOOO” so it automatically wins

In the complete saga, even though his legs and left arm was cut off, he retains his hair, but is unconscious. In the Skywalker Saga on the other hand, Anakin was scarred from the burn effect on Mustafar.

thats kinda what i dislike about Skywalker saga. its not that the comedy is bad, its quite hilarious infact, its more that it cant be at least a little bit serious for at least 5 seconds without another 200 gags and jokes being introduced onto the screen.
You need to have that balance in a story with comedy and seriousness, even when it comes to loose adaptations of movies like with lego. when you can balance it out both of those sides equally hit very hard. thats why Complete Saga is overall better in retelling the movies imo. it knew when to be serious and when to be goofy. if it only had like 8-10 levels per episode instead of 6, it could even rival Skywalker Saga on all fronts, not just how it retold Star Wars.
Think about this, I think the transition is a lot better in the skywalker saga. I could see baby Luke crying transition into Anakin’s suit in the real movie. The other one doesn’t have him burned, (and also how did Sidious get past that impossible level in OG saga). Because of that level, I saw Mustafar as a burning hot sun with small flat rocks
Honestly, I prefer this moment in "LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga" more than in "LEGO Star Wars: The Complete Saga".
The complete sage was for the men the series people not the Women and the children

I love the little dance the clones do as they carry the stretcher in the original.
Same energy as coffin dance
The Skywalker Saga wins for one reason that wasn't shown in this video, and that is because of how they transition into the Vader scene.
The remaining Jedi looking at baby Luke and right as he starts crying, we cut to Anakin crying in pain as he completes his transformation into Darth Vader. The birth of a new hero and a fallen hero reborn as a villain happening back to back.
As comedic as Lego Skywalker Saga is, when they want to play things a lil more straight or do their own cool thing, it works really well for me. It's kind of why I feel nitpicking Skywalker Saga scenes that isn't trying to be "haha lol funny" for not being "funny" enough can be a lil... "eh" for me.
I also thought that transition was really well done, especially with the way the music was used. Glad to see someone else feels the same!

I felt like the Qui-Gon Jinn death was a more fair comparison, but Skywalker Saga completely blows CS out of the water on this one. The Qui-Gon death scene didn't need to be complex as it was a simple scene in the movie, but this scene has so many details that the Skywalker Saga nailed perfectly.

Complete saga will always be a classic but I prefer the new one
They put Darth Vader’s pants on backwards in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker saga.
So Complete Saga didn't use shock Troopers.

_Skywalker Saga's_ attempts at humor generally fall flat for me. They're trying too hard to be funny.
I agree. They are trying way too much on every joke and end up missing on almost every single one of them. I can’t even think of a joke in it that I thought was funny.
His lego hair looks nothing like anakin
Always loved TCS Palpy's weird growl at the start. 😄
2007: Hardly any dialogue (just sounds), animation that didn't age very well, only one joke (the stretcher), more seriousness
2022: Now with dialogue, better animation, more jokes (chicken arm, Vader's legs), you can't take tragedy seriously. Persoally, I hate the humor in the 2022 game
I keep the one from 2007, but with the animation from 2022

I like the OG one. It actually looks like a small lego set someone is playing with and is like a scene a kid playing with his toys would make and I always liked that about it.

So what? it asked which I liked and I said what and why. Bite the brownest part my ass like wtf 😐
Something the OG version fixed that not even the movie got right is correctly depicting Darth Vader after hearing about Padme's death. While they don't say anything, you know Palpatine is meant to tell him that she's dead, and I find it more in character that he just LOSES HIS MIND and destroys everything in the room instead of that stupid "Noooooo" that should have never even been in the movie in the first place
Atleast the old one took this moment serious
They didn't do a good job of showing his transformation, even despite that.
The newer game is funnier, which is because it's a LEGO game and they aren't meant to be serious, but Anakin looked a lot more in pain in the newer one then the older one, and his transformation as semi closer to the film.
It took it serious for basically no reason
We didn't even hear the emperor Mumble anything that would be him telling Anakin that padme died so now he just wakes up and throws a temper tantrum
I think the Skywalker Saga one wins in accuracy to the original scene in Revenge of the Sith due to how similar the lighting is, Palpy telling Vader that he killed Padme and the ending where he yells "NOOOOOOOOOOOO" with him doing basically did the same pose that he did in the movies, albeit a bit different because he didn't break out like he did in the original clip. Complete Saga shows how dangerous and unstable Vader can be when he uses his full strength but isn't entirely accurate to the original scene in Revenge of the Sith in terms of lighting, dialogue (because there wasn't any for obvious reasons) and how Vader finds out about Padme's death. So overall, I think Skywalker Saga wins. Some may argue that Complete Saga is better because of the brutality but at least Skywalker Saga is more accurate.
but the order 66,Ki Adi Mundis death thats dont with Humor and Im German and have English as lesson Im not so good in English
I prefer the complete saga because it's more serious
@Michael Kiely Because scenes like this are more enjoyable and sometimes humor ruins how impressive it can be
The Skywalker saga feels like a joke and is way to light hearted, i prefer the original myself since it's not like trying to make you laugh at the situation as much as the Skywalker saga that just made fun of everything.
It's a LEGO game, they don't need to be serious all the way.
Also, the newer game is more appealing tbh, as it explores his transformation better, and the fact that he actually is in pain when being repaired shows how there are still serious elements in the game, but they didn't need to make it overly serious as not everyone would want to see a LEGO game, which are mostly for younger children, be so non funny.
@@SWDude2710 yeah i get it that is Lego ,but sometimes things can be too silly even for Lego but hey we all can't like the same things so you have your opinion and i have mine.
@@Zzrik that's true, but would you rather play a LEGO game that's so serious that it's depressing, or a game that does have a few serious elements, but inflicts more humour into it as it is a family game for young kids.
@@SWDude2710 yeah so let’s just joke about fucking pain and suffering of Anakin during the operation
Cuz it’s just a LEGO game right?
@@gucio5559 it's not exactly like pain has been joked about before in other games.
Anakin being in pain is not funny at all, but the way it shows him begin repaired with such props like a chicken leg is funny. This game is meant to parody the series more then just copy it, and it's honestly better for it to not be overly serious.
The criticism of this games amount of humour is basically just like what people are saying about the MCU's humour.
I like the New version more.
0:33 never noticed he had a piece of chicken as his arm
You should compare scenes not just from tcs and the skywalker saga but also lego star wars 1 and 2 as there are some differences between them and tcs

I prefer the original because it conveyed a more serious angry tone while the new one is too kid like. It just doesn’t match the feeling of rage vader had
I can see where you're coming from, though TSS does better to show Vader transforming into a Cyborg, and it does well at matching some of the scenes with the film better.
It a Lego game…
I agree. I loved playing with Legos and if I tried to reenact a scene, it was serious, even though it was all a bunch of Legos. Comedy is fine, but kids can handle little darker things too. I love that you really get the feel of Vader's rage in the Complete Saga, it's very raw.

@@gu-TT0 agreed. TCS is still a good game, but I like how the amplified the humour a lot more in the newer game, as seeing LEGO Star Wars characters being overly serious would take away the charm from the fact that LEGO's are literally toys for younger audiences.

My only problem with the first one has always been Anakin isn’t burned.
But I feel like despite that it doesn’t play Anakin becoming Vader as a joke. It’s simple. To the point. Allows us to see the monster finally being solidified in armor and unlike a lot of the game, it’s not played for humor, but rather straight on. Him destroying everything and the close up on shaking showcases Vader as well as one would expect in a game with Lego versions of the characters.
I appreciate that. I personally don’t care for the new version other than the fact that Anakin is burned and deformed. But because it plays it off for humor, I personally feel the moment is ruined. It doesn’t carry the same weight as the first one.
