It may be difficult when the tumor gets large, but for smaller tumors you will be able to identify the epicenter. Also, bone tumors with soft tissue would be more common than soft tissue tumors invading bone.
Sir I’ve a pain @ my right hand index finger .. severe pain my calcium n vitamin d level is 1.3 I took tablets for vitamin d and b12 injection aswell but still it is painful (my index)

Juxtacortical means near or touching cortex,
Juxtaarticular means near or touching joint space
@@anandn4769 juxtacortical and subcortical are both the same thing .... ???
As Anand mentioned, Juxta = close to something. Juxta means adjacent to the cortex. Subcortical means beneath the cortex.
