I thought that the Masters category in track was over-40, but I think that these people are all 55 or older
Masters has 5 year age groups to make it fair.
It is, but these exhibition races often are limited to different age groups as well as different distances to provide opportunities for more people

No other age group races for us older guys?
The age groups are segmented into 5 year spans. 50-54, 55-59, etc. At nationals, all age groups are run, but this is an invitational race, and hosting a Masters race is done to showcase Masters running. The Penn Relays does this also. Usually 1 age group for men and 1 for women.
