If you are coming in as a student most schools in Canada do not need a proof of language proficiency for Nigerians. On Instagram you can follow Olu of Canada and Tunde tash pages they have lots of free information on their pages for intending students

No student housing close by the Kitchener Campus but there are houses close by, you can share with other students

Yes it's possible to get a studio apartment but the most common is shared apartment
