He has an amazing voice and after seeing him in concert again last night 'I KNOW' why he is my favourite artist. The theatre showed the movie before he came out which was a huge bonus.

I remember having a crush on Andrew when The Commitments came out-I was 10, and to me, of course, he was like an 'older man'. Thing is, I actually thought he was older than 17. :) Seems like a lovely guy.
I also had an obsessive crush on Andrew Strong when i was only sixteen years old in 1992. He always was the greatest and the sexiest irish sex symbol ever and he is still extremely gorgeous and alluring until today aswell.
Huh? Are you kidding me?!! Enough, already. Ummm... maybe you think Andrew sounds American because the US welcomed millions of Irish immigrants to her shores, thereby heavily influencing the American accent, particularly in and around New York and Chicago. www.loc.gov/teachers/classroommaterials/presentationsandactivities/presentations/immigration/irish2.html "It is estimated that as many as 4.5 million Irish arrived in America between 1820 and 1930. Between 1820 and 1860, the Irish constituted over one third of all immigrants to the United States. In the 1840s, they comprised nearly half of all immigrants to this nation."
Andrew Strong, great voice
Happy 50th birthday Andrew Strong!!!

Totally humble guy completely the opposite to his persona in 'The Commitments'..hope he continues with his musical career.
What a humble and down to earth artist.

Everyone talks about his singing but Hell his acting skills specifically his comedic talent was what sold me on him.

Much Love x
Andrew Strong has such an amazing and sensual voice, I'm an avid fan.
It’s mad how he was only 16 doing the Commitments
Andrew Strong was my first irish crush and also my first irish sex symbol. I love him so much.
“I wasn’t an Einstein”
Understatement of the century 🤣
Hi Peeps, l had a ticket for a show in Perth Australia 🦘 but he canceled
You know! God.... how many times?
I don't know... how many? :-)
Yes, that's Mr. Strong, he can speak as he wants....You now know. Thank you Mark for a splendid interview, this gentleman is my hero.
Annoying. But it could be worse. Could be saying 'like' 4 times per sentence.
You know it could be you in his position, but somehow I doubt it cos you're too busy getting caught up on the little insignificant things.
why is he trying to sound American?! lmao

Maybe because he's singing songs from American singers and that kinda change his accent a little bit but still sounds Irish.
He’s taking a neutral stance just like the presenter is doing likewise.
